Earlier in the window Arsenal used intermediaries to discuss a fee for Tielemans and wanted to pay £23m. It didn’t lead to a bid. #LCFC are still anticipating three Premier League clubs to make late moves for Tielemans. But they won’t sell at a drastically reduced price.
