Didn't realise you could sign players with chickens these days. Anyone know how many chickens Mike Ashley has? Maybe he uses ducks and geese.
  2. There are some tickets left but they are £130.
  3. You guys were too harsh on him. Amazing player. He has never played for Everton.
  4. BBC and ITV, it is one of the protected events which has to be on free TV.

    U23s & Academy

He has played twice for the U18s.
  6. All corporate hospitality is sold out as well but the club are trying to see if they can fit any more people in.
  7. Did he? Tbf that is good a thing as most people from G-Head usually pop along to court in the best tracksuit which is usally the Lacoste one. Have you ever been to Gateshead? I don't own a tracksuit and haven't bought anything lacoste for about 12 years. Lots of posters on here will also live in Gateshead or come from Gateshead and won't like the sterotype/dissing of their town. Never been to G-Head in my life, I have only herd the horror stories about it & some say it is like North Shields of 70's. http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_ht09DVXuWwc/SlPm5WI38mI/AAAAAAAAAAc/Ce1-eojrwew/s400/Gateshead-Car-Park.jpg There you are, you've pretty much been now. http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_m7RHCfp3u8s/SQX9HiVOg8I/AAAAAAAADhg/HIt-PGZDb1g/s400/07-08-08+Eldon+Sq+Renovations+%281%29r.jpg As an expat Gateshead lad, actually, Low Fell, what is happening to the site where the multi floored car park was? It should be an icon after featuring in the Michael Caine movie Get Carter. Also, does anyone know if Shepherds of Gateshead still exists? I used to work there on saturdays and christmas holidays when I was a kid. http://www.yourtrinitysquare.co.uk/trinity-square-development.asp
  8. Have they managed to install any urinals yet for away fans? When I was there for our second CL game when Shola scored there were no pissers and one shitter for our entire support.
  9. It's going to take something crazy for it not to be both so I don't really see the point in this poll.
  10. Personally I think we should start the game with 11 players.
  11. They have already agreed to not getting thier bonus apparently. Not that it would matter. Employee wages will rank lower than secured and most unsecured creditors, so even if they demanded payment, it is highly unlikely that they would recover all, if any, of what is owed. They are protected as 'football creditors'. On what basis? They would rank pari pasu with the unsecured creditors, surely? In any event, the players giving up the bonuses is a nice, but ultimately empty gesture - much like me saying "You know what, Greg, I'll let *you* have Katy Perry. I won't take her." On the basis of the rules set out by The Football Association. HMRC challenged it but lost in the Court of Appeal.

Thought you were on about cocaine, mephedrone isn't illegal yet. Still he shouldn't be getting involved with that sort of thing.

Interesting, you probably shouldn't have posted it through. I wonder how much drug testing is done by the Totesport Reserve League? Not a lot I guess. Clubs are not allowed to drug test their own players.
  17. Aye, three weeks ago for the 10th time since 2007. Need to get the fella from Arsenal or Blackburn on the job as their pitches are invariably spot on. As is ours these days but I guess the problem at Wembley is all the other events they have which they need to cover the pitch for. True, our pitch is much improved. Used to be dogshit a few year back, especially down in the gallowgate/milburn corner. These bad boys do the job. http://farm1.static.flickr.com/170/385736778_894499772e.jpg?v=0
  18. in the first 20mins or so their 31 (right back) looked very good.....................then he disappeared. He is the lad they have on loan from Everton I think, Coleman.

  20. He gave the ball away cheaply and was caught in possession once or twice but his ball through to Jonas which resulted in our first goal was very good.

  22. Not that I am one for sticking up for the bent twat but he also said; "I won't use it as an excuse because it's the same for both teams." Avram Grant also slated the pitch. Thats like saying "I'm not racist...but". No it isn't. He slated the pitch as did Grant and Martin O'Neill after the first semi final. Fact is the Wembley pitch is shit.
