Bonus points awarded for teams who score more than four goals in a game. Defensive teams will rightly get fuck all for boring the shit out of everyone while attacking teams will get rewarded for entertaining us.
-
You've got a point like. The moaners in the ground get dead restless when we keep the ball, influencing the midfielder to try to thread it through the eye of a needle and then when it doesn't come off the moaners go absolutely mental. It's exactly the same with the England team. The Wembley wankers that initially booed Capello's new patient approach to the game are the same Wembley wankers who booed the previous 'force an impossible ball forward instead of passing it backwards' tactics used by the previous 3 managers. Moaning cockney fuckwits!
-
We've got the personel now so i'd like to see us go for: ................................Harper Simpson.........Taylor...........Collicini.........Enrique ................Nolan.....Smith......Jonas ..........Harewood...Ameobi...Lovenkrands Attack, attack, attack
-
The phrase 'he had no right to' eg. 'he had no right to score that goal' 'he had no right to win that ball' What the fuck are you talking about?
-
That explains why they're such a bunch of miserable, violent, car-thieving angry cunts then.

He he he. No? Just me then.....

He he he.

Newcastle v Swansea, 15:00 Saturday, 28 November 2009 Pre game thread

I saw Harewood run (like properly sprint) towards the end of the Preston game. That is all! -
loser Fucktard

Alright fuckfaces, if you don't like Kris Commons (who is a winger by the way) then replace him with someone you do like - Graham Norton perhaps? The point I was trying to make is that if losing a player like Colo enables us to strengthen in other areas whilst also signing a decent replacement then it represents good business
-
Totally hypothetical and very unlikely but if selling Colo enabled us to do the following: Sol Campbell on a free Kilgallon - £2.5m Skjelbred on loan Kris Commons - £3m Ashley's pocket - £2m If selling Colo or Jonas enables us to strenthen in 3-4 other departments I think it's worth doing
-
Andy Gray - Alex Ferguson bumming cunt!
-
I wouldn't be too arsed about Colo leaving to be honest as long as we replaced him with someone alright. He's looked pretty decent this season but if we could sign Kilgallon and Campbell on the cheap i'd be pretty happy.

I just want to see some pace up front and a winger on each side. Hopefully Pancrate will be the answer to the right-wing problem because we can't continue to play Guthrie there. Now that Lovenkrands has got over his family problems I'd like to see him given a long run in the team alongside Carroll or Ranger. At times last season (in the Premiership I hasten to add) Lovenkrands looked very good and I'm sure he'd tear this league's defenses a new hoop given the chance.

It has to be one of the old Mouldmasters, where it leaves dimple marks and a Mitre logo on your bright red thigh. Ah, the old weatherproof balls. Fucking killer!

My absolute No.1 pet hate is players falling over like they've been shot when someone so much as looks at them ala Didier Drogba As a man the last thing I want to do is show myself to be some kind of lightweight pussy but these fellas can't hit the ground quick enough. Gay, Gay, Gay! Man up for fuck's sake!!!!!!
-
To Be honest, although athletisism is preferred in CBs, it is probably the one position where it isn't absolutely essential. Good positional sense and strong reading of the game can make up for a lack of pace in a lot of situations. It's not as if he'll be expected to make countless lung-busting runs into the oppositions box every game.
-
The fact that there's nothing making us strive to improve, play better football etc. We're top of the league despite playing shite football which almost encourages us to continue playing shite football.
-
he ALWAYS makes the wrong choice. ALWAYS. Erm, we're in the Championship and he'll be playing European football next season. What I meant by the original comment is that he's one of very few top players who doesn't sound like he's just graduated from special school. He's an intelligent articulate fella - a total cunt as well of course but that never stopped Fergie. On a side note I can see Bellamy giving management a go as well. Just seems like the type
-
Probably Jenas. He's one of very few footballers with a good degree of intelligence
-
I agree with this. Buying over the hill players doesn't usually work for us, I'd rather we went for younger players looking to make their mark, and if we can't unearth any outstanding prospects, play our own like Ranger and Carroll. Pretty much exactly what I was going to say But how many players of this ilk are going to be available for under £1m?
-
The guy is a total cunt, we all know that, but that interview is actually quite positive IMO. They're finally fucking communicating which is what we asked for. I fucking despise Mike Ashley and Derek Lambias with a burning passion but, stadium renaming apart, they seem to making the right noises now. Let's just hope it's not more bullshit. Don't get me wrong, I'll never stop wishing the pair of them harm but I'm fucking sick of saying and hearing the same old shit. They're here to stay unless one of us scoops the Euro Millions roleover jackpot so we might as well just grit our teeth and hope to God they really have learnt from their mistakes.
-
Is Benjani still knocking about. He's total shit but could probably do a job in this league
-
See, here I was trying to be positive and think "Hey, we're playing s**** and still top of the league. Just imagine if we started playing to our potential (or even just to the level we know we can play at)" So things are s**** off the pitch, so we've got a nuffy managing the team and an utter w***** owning us, so if this squad went up we'd be battered weekly. The fact remains that we are top of the league and have it within our hands to absolutely stroll to the title. Let's take some enjoyment from it...? Or maybe I'm just wearing black- and white-tinted glasses...? The problem is that we won't play to our potential while we're playing like this, and while the wrong personel are being selected. We have talent throughout the pitch, no doubt, but while we are playing long ball football with two defensive midfielders and only one recognised striker on the pitch we won't play as well as we can. The vast majority of good teams are built around a consistent resilient defence and that's one thing we have shown when our first choice back 4 are playing. If we know we can rely on the defence to shut out opposition we should be more adventurous with the midfield and strikeforce. Ranger showed a surpising turn of pace last night, like proper fast. Unfortunatley though this is never utilised because we just lump the ball upfield to the two big guys and hope Nolan can get on the end of something. With a decent manager we could piss this league, even with no new signings in January. Unfortunatley we have a poor manager who only knows one way to play.
