Fucking hell, the way people are going on you'd think he'd killed someone. I've always rated Crouch but I don't think he makes the most of his physical attributes. Carroll is a striker who plays to his strengths perfectly and I can only see him getting better and better

At least he bought Jose. That's one thing we can be thankful to the self-obsessed prick for. He never bloody played him. But if he hadn't signed him we wouldn't be benefiting from his brilliance now.

I think Crouch is technically better on the floor but Carroll is streets ahead when it comes to physicality and aerial ability. Crouch has decent skills and close control but he's weak as piss. Sheare was never the most skillful or tricky but he was a vastly better striker than Crouch could ever hope to be.

To be honest, I think Williamson is every bit as good as Cahill and Johnson. I think he needs a bit longer in the Premier League before he's worthy of a call-up but if he keeps playing as well as he has been, he should be in with a shout
