  1. That's assuming Harry is still going to be at QPR next season.
  2. I tought it would be strung up from a lampost for collaborators of the last hated regime.
  3. Just taking this at face value http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/n/newcastle_united/6630751.stm (I know, in sports reporting that is 100% a mistake ) EDIT - it looks like he wrote the press release himself as well - ""A statement on the club's website said: "Glenn Roeder has offered his resignation with immediate effect and this has been accepted by the board.""
  4. http://news.bbc.co.uk/media/images/39124000/jpg/_39124415_smiles_gi300x245.jpg The difference is that he actually resigned once we'd avoided relegation - this fraud will have to be dragged out and blame everything from injuries to migratory bird patterns for him either getting us or almost getting us relegated.
  5. Aye - can see us going into the Arsenal game on the same points with a goal difference touching -30 the way we've 'played' recently and Villa not giving a stuff against Wigan, sending us down again.
  6. Without a doubt, but with Pardew in charge you can't see anything but a negative line up. I'm 99.999999% certain that we'll be seeing Shola, Perch, Jonas and maybe even Harper starting this weekend at the expense of any creativity in the team.
  7. Yup - it's not like we could get any worse without him. Surely.
  8. Jeebus, the guys been either playing on the wing or feasting on scraps all season. On Saturday I was watching the match on ESPN but was still closer to him than any of our players.
  9. Very good, an alternative to the reviews of the weekend game but gives the general idea of what happened.
  10. As much as I've criticised Ashley in the past, and yes they are complicit for hiring him and not firing when they really should have, they have given him a squad that should be capable of a hell of a lot more than he's got out of them and at least made them competitive when we play against the dregs of the division no matter if he's not been able to field his 'best' 1st 11 - teams have injuries get over it.
  11. If we do end up in the bottom three on the last day then yes. We are a fucking desperate shambles and have barely played as a team all season, failing to control a match. I would go as far to say that we are the least entertaining, and probably the worst side in the league and have sullied the good name of mind-numbing long ball football
  12. Don't know if he'd enjoy being called a Spanish Waiter by his own fans though.
  13. I'd take Mark Hughes now thanks. That's what Pardew has driven my expectations down to. He's made Souness look competent, which is an achievment itself.
  14. Who are the 'inexperienced players' that he talking about any way? Haidara? There due to an injury to his first choice? Elliot? There due to an injury to his first choice? Bringing back 'experienced' players? Who the cunting fuck are they? Shola? Harper? Simpson? No doubt he sees taking Jonas and Perch off as massive mistakes on his part yesterday and both will be starting next week.
  15. Well there's three fucking retards on this board at the minute. They're entitled to have their opinion, but just what the hell are they thinking when they see how bad we are. It's just ridiculous to think he could turn it around or deserves the chance to. We just lost to two of the teams most hated by us, actually not beaten, slaughtered. Are those results not embarrassing enough for them. Hence the use of the word retard.
  16. Newcastle are surely immediately disqualified as you have used the word team.
  17. Well there's three fucking retards on this board at the minute.
  18. Aye, the time to peddle the wanker was during the disaster run in November through January. It was clear that in even the matches that we had won up to that point we were not playing as a team and were relying on nothing but luck. The upper management are as complicit in this disaster for hiring the wanker in the first place, giving him the ridiculous contract and then not pulling the trigger when they should have. Five years ago I'd have said that the bad old days of the relegation / promotion cycle were finished, but this owner has overseen one relegation and now very likely a second.
  19. That's the most worrying thing in my opinion. They will buy into the excuses and the need for 'stability' and will write off another season under this clown.
  20. I can't remember him doing anything at all today, I might have missed something but he was hopeless from memory. I'm not talking about yesterday, they were collectively awful and I was shouting like fuck when Taylor did his back peddling routine to play Sturridge onside. Since he's came back Taylor has been the more impressive in the centre than MYM.
  21. Yanga-Mbiwa is looking poor because he's all over the place trying to plug holes all over the middle of our defence while Taylor is in hiding. Taylor seems to be the one that's blocking most efforts from the opposition to me. MYM seems to be the one that is none existant in his position.
  22. Taylor has been poor for weeks and the last person he wants to come up against is the bloke who done him in the bath. Sorry, but MYM has been turboshit for most of the time he's been here, is the weak link in the centre and has gotten away with it for the same reason why Colloccini got away with it for his first few months here and he's the shiny new player. I'm not saying that he's a dreadful player or writing him off as centre half is the hardest position to come into in any team, especially in one as utter wank as ours, but at the minute he's the one I'd be dropping.
  23. Today I honestly thought it was like watching Owen back in the last relegation season - didn't look to get involved knowing he's out of the sinking ship at the end of the season.
