  1. They might give them a game and nick a result tough.
  2. Nice. I hope you had a few quid on them going down as well. I do 10 quid @ 10/1. I feel fucking lucky!!! I hope you get to use your winnings to buy our Wonga shirt for next year.

  4. Do you really believe that... I actually agree with Neesy here. Not that his job is under threat, but he'll surely take note that managers who have got similar points totals to him are being deemed not good enough, by lesser clubs. I just don't think that after the run of form that we had from November to January compared to being a couple of points from the inbreds will register as a pressure point. If he could survive through that he pretty much knows he's manager here next year, no matter what happens in the next month and a half.

  6. Where do you get that from? we were shite away from home before the players were signed and we remain shite away from home, nothing has really changed on that front. Our home record has been great since the signings and there is hardly anything to suggest that has changed as we have won every home game since. The results have been positive but the performances have been fucking appalling against Stoke and Southampton.
  7. Today was always a loss, every single one of us knew it. Can't understand why anyone's opinion would have changed unless we had a load of injuries/suspensions. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21909250 http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21909243 2 teams getting one result no-one expected makes little difference tbh. As Yorkie pointed out, since January our form has been very good (and we were royally fucked over against Wigan). Teams around us are winning matches - we're not. The bounce we got from the new players has died off and they're now being dragged down to our level.
  8. Fulham and the Mackems you would think, I think we will get about 4 at least out of them. I'd say it's also possible for us to get something out of Liverpool as well. We also have away games against QPR (could be down by then), West Ham (nothing to play for, and WBA (falling away at the moment and will probably have nothing to play for). I remember the last time that Fulham was a 'winnable game' as well - we didn't. We've an appalling record againts that team, Liverpool and the Derby game now has the added unknown of a new manager bounce.

  10. Liverpool, Mackems, Fulham and The Arse at home for the last four home fixtures. Which one is going to give us points?
  11. First I heard tonight and thought 'fucking twat cunts let him stew'. In reality, they've gotten rid of the millstone around thier neck that until full time today was taking them down. May still go down but at least are trying to rectify the situation.
  12. Plan a) stop them scoring FAILED Plan b) try not to get bummed in the face UNDERWAY
  13. He's not back - they've just put a scouse wig on Jonas.
  14. Martinez has shown his true colours throughout this, total tosser. He keeps going on and on about Ryo Miyachi getting injured, but wasn't that because he slid off the pitch at Everton and into some advertising hoardings?! Slightly fucking different to a knee-high dropkick tackle. Complete prick. Searching for Miyachi Everton on a certain video streaming service will bring up the tackle comparable to the knee-high dropkick. Honestly hope these fuckers go down more and more whenever thier fucking ball-sack manager speaks now. A new Wenger / Ferguson in the making. Well if so then my bad; I can only remember him laying off the pitch. Still though, even if the tackles were comparable (which I'm assuming they're not exactly otherwise Everton would be getting the same treatment as Wigan now?), Martinez's attitude towards this whole thing has absolutely stunk. Sorry mate, was actually being sarcastic with the comment that the tackles were comparable - doesn't really translate well on a message board. He did indeed seem to do more damage when he hit the hoardings. It was a late challenge that caught him but for Martinez to use that as a measuring stick to defend what was really indefensible is ridiculous.

  16. I'm always behind England and it does piss me off when I see them inevitably get cheated out of a competition or fail to turn up like they did last year. However if it came down to a choice of seeing England win the World Cup or Newcastle winning the League Cup in my lifetime it would be the League Cup for me.
  17. Just don't take up the allocation of tickets.
  18. Would they field a referee for a Newcastle game that lived less than ten miles from the city? They were clearly favoured prior to kick off. Seriously? is that how far away he lives? Wasn't there a rule about referee's having to live at least 50 miles from any club he referee's? Jeff Winter was only just allowed to referee our games when he lived on Teesside. Don't forget that Jeff Winter refereed two (almost) matches for us vs The Smogs and fucked us over both (almost) times.
  19. Hope Taylor comes back tonight suffering from 'the shits' or 'hair strain'. Or declares himself Polish through ancient ancestry.
  20. or if it was one of ours that got away with it on the day. Colo got sent off for fucking intent! Intent!
  21. Cunts. Wankers. Bell-ends. Probably a lot more as well.
  22. I'm just waiting for the inevitable red card for a non-foul that we're going to get against Man City next week and the FA yet again fucking us over.
  23. If that part is true then how can he have been classed as seeing the fucking challenge then. FA are fucking us over yet again.
  24. Well, apart from Cabaye in the FA cup last year.
