Out of a cannon? Towards Wearside? In time for this weekend?
-
The way that the wanker celebrated like he scored the winner in the World Cup final when he scored against us really boiled my fucking piss like.
-
I've complained about this wanker for years, but ironically think that this was actually one of his better performances against us officiating one of our matches.
-
Wasn't that the reasoning behind selling the stadium naming rather than shirt sponsorship? They're all lies anyway so the point is moot. That's the reason I mentioned it to be honest. Sports Direct owe us a fucking player by what they were saying when they gave the rights away 'as a holding spot' for six months.
-
One no-bit company over another - at least we wouldn't be paying Wonga for the privelige of having thier name plastered over the club.

How the cunting fuck did Larrrrrssssonnnnnn stay on the field after Wanker Webb had sent someone off for a challenge that wouldn't have knocked Suarez over?
-
Aye, can't believe he's portraying him as some kind of put-upon victim. Such a ridiculously pointless threat as well - "look you referees, I really didn't want to have to do this, but I might have to ask Suarez and Stevie G to start diving...." The last thing you would want to do as manager is draw attention and have the ref look at those two's antics more closely.
-
Ironically, since he been mentioned on this page already, he didn't have the good fortune to follow up the work that Roberto Martinez and Paulo Sousa had put in place, but followed KK Kenny's latest managerial fuck-up.
-
he has been dealt with on those occasions, it should not make any difference to any future punishment. I'm sure that the last time he got a long ban he was warned about his future conduct after years of acting like the t*** he is. which does not mean each offence should not be dealt with at face value. But if you get warned to stop acting up or you will be in real bother next time, get yourself sent off for violent conduct and then try and start three fights on the way off the field then you should pretty much expect to get the proverbial book thrown at you and not cry in indignation that the next guy didn't get as long a ban as you.

Isn't the severity of Barton's ban a cummulitive effect from being warned for years about being a dick though.
-
Yup, four years left on last contract from what I read earlier. Seem to recall Keegan signing a 10 year contract before leaving 1 1/2 years later.

Did he mention also being short-handed up front, on the wings and at left back as well. To think, only a couple of weeks ago he was defending our transfer business over the summer....

Newcastle United vs Norwich City - Sunday 23/09/12 @ 3pm

This. This is easily one of the most pessimistic places on the internet It's not being pessimistic but being realistic. We've been absolutely gash so far this season but, much like the early part of last season, we've managed to fluke our way to a fairly healthy points total despite this. This match is a great opportunity to dismantle the opposition and improve our standing and we need to take it. -

was Villa. don't be daft. We're on a canny little unbeaten run, it's unrealistic to expect us to win every single last home game. Sometimes it just doesn't go your way on the day (TV Burp Poetry Coooorrrrnnnnneeeerrrrr) and you play poorly and get a point from it. We should be winning this but a draw or a defeat whilst irritating wouldn't be the end of the world, at all. I think you're talking s****. We haven't won since the opening game of the season and really need 3 points here to put a marker down and keep up with the pack. I'll be very worried if we don't win, doesn't have to be a walloping but we really do need a win. Two of those three games were away to the top 2 teams in the country at the moment, I wouldn't read too much into that little stat. Wouldn't be so bad if we hadn't played one of the very worst and they dominated us. Not to mention that one of those decent results the other team were totally fucking robbed. Positive stats can be misleading as well as negative. -
Why, that sums it up rather nicely really.
-
Not really - there is not really ever going to be 'safe' standing as long as the health and safety laws would allow any one who is injured to sue the club.
-
BBC had the option during World Cup 2006 and it was great. Unfortunately, there wasn't the same option on ITV and you still had to listen to David Pleat. Would have been great to switch off Lawrenson during this years Euros...
-
And again at 07:11. They're talking about getting 'the truth'. The only 'truth' they'll accept is that it was the police, government, ambulance service, The Sun, Sheffield Wednesday, The FAs, Brian Clough and everyone else in the worlds fault and there was no wrongdoing from a single Liverpool fan.

Nail your colours to the mast - where will we finish?
Spider Jerusalem replied to Dave's topic in Football
Bottom half. Can't see us being able to compete over an extended fixture list and the lack of a squad past the first 11 will eventually catch up with us. -
We've spent most of the summer doing the fake bidding tbh. At least Andy Carroll has been transferred or we'll have just continued stringing that one along. 'Increased bid made by Newcastle' = £12,000,000 & a bag of Space Raiders . 'Another increased bid made by Newcastle' = £12,000,000 & a bag of Monster Munch. 'Further bid made by Newcastle' = £12,000,0000 and a grab bag of Doritos. etc.

Possibly becaue Ba was the only one that was contractually able to leave for a value that proved to be a buttload less than his footballing value and the manager made assurances to that player he was going to try and play to his strengths rather than what had proved successful for the team over the last couple of months rather than give him personal glory.

The Magedia Thread - Sunderland suck trollolololol
Spider Jerusalem replied to Rocker's topic in Football
He's off the pace, and not the only player that is either. At the end of last season he hit the equivalent point of a match where you say that a team didn't want to get to half time they were playing so well.
