    Hatred?

Fucking jeebus - any wonder Sunderland is regarded nationally as a backwater full of knuckledragging fucktards if the reason that they're looking forward to the next home derby match is to try to beat people up.

    Hatred?

Agree with this to be honest, but since 'King Kenny' came back Liverpool have made it into the top tier of hate for me.
  3. He's presided over an obviously corrupt organisation for years and ran elections Robert Mugabe would be proud of. This will get nowehere near shifting him and the so called larger football associations haven't got the balls to threaten to pull out of FIFA never mind actually doing it. The same goes for any of their major sponsors.
  4. Sponsored by Bruce Campbell...
  5. I'm not against renaming rights as such, as unfortunately this is the way that the world of sport and not just football in general has panned out. The self-imposed deadline from the club to find a new shirt sponsor and the fact that it is yet more free advertising for Ashley's primary business concern that rankles - as someone posted earlier in this thread why not give a charity the seven months of free advertising space instead of his tacky, already over-advertised business. As for heart and soul, that was ripped from football when it bcame a commodity for Sky and no longer the weekend following of the working man but an excuse for corporate days out.
  6. Not a penny. Would you rather he repaid £10m a year from the loan he has with the club? The free sponsorship is his way of getting his money's worth - weather cash comes in and goes back to MA or no money moves, same end result So you honestly think he's sitting at financial year end going, 'right that's £8m worth of sponsorship from Newcastle, that's only £92m that they owe me and the cost of any sale down'?
  7. Not if the only 'sponsor' is Sports Direct. From what we've heard from Derek this morning that they would prefer a joint shirt / stadium sponsor and they want the shirt sponsor for next season to be agreed by the end of next month then those conditions are starting to sound very obstructive to actually finding a paying sponsor, taking into account that they failed to get a replacment striker in nine months and find apayingsponsor.com@stjamespark in more than two years.
  8. More fucking lies Derek? http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2009/nov/04/newcastle-united-naming-stadium-rights
  9. Aye, you're right. We haven't sold our history, so far we've given it away.
  10. Can see this being Sports Direct a mile off. We have a deadline of one month to get a new sponsor in - these wankers couldn't get a replacement striker in nine fucking months with £30million. The loss of sales of shirts will be out-weighed in his mind by having Ashley's only concern being advertised all over Europe, the Middle East and Asia whenever we score a goal, all at a cost of fuck all to that business.
  11. So five points against those three in close succession would make us contenders beside Arsenal and Tottenham. Are they expected to get 5 points from those games as well to be a top four side are they exempt from Kamara's rule?
  12. Aye. Played like shite for years. Scored the own goal that ultimately sent us down. Said he wasn't going to leave, but help us get back up. Left. Celebrated like he'd won the fucking World Cup when he scored against us last year. Wanker. Hate this cunt almost as much as Owen.
  13. Too right - they've re-entered my shitlist after watching them as I'd forgotten about their brand of anti-football. Would love to see Pulis' face if they went down if his reaction to our lads using the towels is anything to go by.
  14. Hope not as it's often the kiss of death for any form you've had.
  15. Taylor - oh aye, playing well and deserves his place. Ultimate Warrior - fuck no. He was bloody awful and just a steroid jockey with about 3 moves and a load of holds to drag out a match while he recovered his breath as were most of the 'superstars' back in those days.
  16. Love the pink 'eyebrow' the mask had. He really needs to get the mask painted up so it's got a full on Ultimate Warrior style going on for the next match though.
  17. One of the highlights of the season for me. In fact one of the highlights in the Premier League since these cynical bastards were promoted.
  18. This is one of my favourite results for a long time - if what Stoke plays is football then I'll eat my own head. Fucking awful side based on nothing more than kicking the opposition and getting a throw in for thier freak to howk the ball into the area. Have been waiting for a team to start trolling them with the towelboys and delighted it was us - I'm sure I saw Simpson giving the fans the troll face at one point - and for Pulis to then start having a blow out over our use of the towel was the icing on the cake.
  19. The cunt almost destroyed the team when he was in charge and looks like he's trying to finish the job off a decade and a half later. Hate him and the fucking bin dippers since he came back with all of thier sudden views that he should be knighted, sainted or whatever.
  20. It's amazing how ManUre are always somewhere near the top. Respect to the referee and opponents must mean something else in the football world compared to the real world.
  21. Not saying that it's a stupid rule but encroachement at penalties gets called so intermittently that it's pointless having it there at all.
  22. A cunts tackle from one of the biggest cunts in the game.
  23. Personally, I wouldn't have risked him in either the Blackburn or Wolves games unless we really needed him.
  24. think you're letting your current appraisal of Simpson's ability/performance taint his overall contribution to the club as a low-money signing. For £5.8m, he's delivered far more in hope and optimism to NUFC than Luque ever did. Firstly, he delivered in his brief appearances before the leg-breaker; secondly, he's shown flashes of his qualities in the brief appearances since. Never in the history of N-O has a potential signing generated such fervour and enthusiasm - 100pages before he'd even made the airport IIRC? Again, we may look back in 3 years and wonder why all of this hope and optimism disappeared into a black hole and why Hatem Ben Arfa became Hasn't Been Arfa'd. We can only connect those dots in the future. Can you not remember the hope and optimism of the Luque / Owen / Shearer dynamic up front, all the while forgetting who was managing the team at the time.....
