Of course he has, the referee has seen the incident so there's nothing doing there.

Since they've announced that they're investigating I've no doubt that the FA's Kangaroo Court will hand out the mandatory Joey Barton ban.
-
I'm actually expecting a minor challenge, DeJong falling over like a cunt and the ref deciding that one of ours has gone in for a bit of revenge and showing a red card to hammer home the injustice the bastard FA have shown to us over the Ben Arfa incident.

When Souness darkened our doorstep. Just about everything that we've gone through in the past six years can be tracked down to that single point in time.

  Exactly - it's probably more likely that he will ask for no money and allow Ashley to cash in on any of the players a decent offer comes in for. He'll just be glad to be getting a regular wage for the first time in years.

Has the advantage of being neither Alan Pardew or Joe Kinnear.

Well done Chris - you took over a club that was rotten both on and off the field and turned them into champions, pissing a league that we were being told was hard to get out of. Performed admirably with the minute backing you received, but unfortuantely you were unable to take a team that was based around a squad that got us relegated to the top of the league and win every match. Hope he gets a job with a decent club that are willing to give him the backing that he deserves.

Personally, I'd say that having what was apparently the best bid in every way, being blatantly lied to by 'allied' countries and eventually ending up with two votes is proof enough that we're not very popular. -
I thought he looked like the results of an experiment where Steven Taylor and Michael Ballack were fired at each other from either end of the large hadron collider.

I could see those being very popular with male football fans as well to be honest (the burkas, not the women). I now have a dream of stadiums filled with what look like nationalist ghosts. If the stadiums get built that is . -

It won't be in my lifetime. Cheers FIFA. You corrupt fuckers. -
The useless cunt - bribing people for votes on behalf of Russia. You set 'em up - I'll knock 'em down. Canny avatar at the minute lad - didn't have the 16K RAM pack with mine, and had to live with the massive 1K on-board memory. For the kids on here that's K (not M) and stands for Kilobytes.

That's assuming that the two votes from the first round for England are not the two that voted for the Netherlands / Belgium in round two. If this isn't a clear indication of dubious practices in the voting then I don't know what is. -

Well, that's not going to happen f*** that. You seen it? Stadium with a massive f*** off screen on the side. It MUST happen. The problem with that is that car park is shared with the stadium that's hosting the next match that day. -

David Cameron (X-Eton) V Vladimir Putin (X-KGB) You dont play Queensbury rules with this f***er man. We were giving Ms Warner a Mulberry hand bag, when we should of been taking the FIFA exec into Spearmintrhino. But DC is right we won the battle on a spreadsheet. That's what the thinly veiled comment is saying though - how can the best bid be booted out first and the worst bid actually win? We've tried to stick to the rules and made the most viable package on the table but they have bid on outside influences. The whole bidding system has been proven to be just FIFA officials going on their jollies for over a year and thier findings may as well just be thrown into a bin. Cheers for pointing that out, I did not notice that at first glance. Glad to be of service. I'm just glad that you're around to remind me when I've been trolled. Bravo sir . -

Wehey - well done, you've won the spot prize for using the most overused stereotype than Newcastle fans being deluded. -
Have you not seen the Sportsdirect advert on TV at the minute.

Not often that I'll agree with David Cameron, but this is a quote from his reaction. "I think according to Fifa we had the best technical bid, the best commercial bid. No-one could identify any risks coming to England. It turns out that's not enough." -

That's also assuming that the two parties that voted for Netherlands / Belgium in the second round voted for them in the first and are not the two that voted for us in the first. -

If only Lordi could win the World Cup. Or at least host it. In thier back garden. -

Aye - they should have just 'funded a few football stadiums' in a few countries and sent our entry in via an e-mail or carrier pigeon. -

Sorry lad, but in my experience FIFA have shafted England in any way that they can from the first World Cup I took an interest in up until the last one. Plus two votes - fuck off. It's interesting that you use Motor Sport as an example, as for a good number of years now Bernie Ecclestone has been threatening to drop the British GP from the while buttering up the oil-rich sheiks to have thier own full scale Scalextric to play with.
