The club's prettty much fucked really - we have three and a half weeks left to the start of the season with no real owner, no manager, the players that wanted to stay are getting to the point where they want to fuck off, we have to get rid of overpaid wankers and bring in a just about a brand new squad in a little over a month. Not looking forward to seeing th RELEGATIONOMETER on the first page again next season, but if things don't get sorted soon it could well be. Sell up you fat fucker!!!!

Seems to me that the player talking about a 'player's revolt' is also one who's most vociferous about leaving the club, and possibly has a move with a massive pay rise in the pipeline. If it is true though, as a few have said here, why would we give a shit about this lot - they didn't give a shit about us and the club or actually earning their wage for the past few years. Neither did actually having some sort of leadership give them any sort of professional comittment to actually perform.

As an anti-Ashley, this is one of the things that I actually applauded him for - it was just unfortunate that the money that was made got spunked on the likes of Smith, Collocini, Xisco, Nolan and R Taylor, and we'll never see it again.

Looking back I honestly cannot remember a decision that he has made that has been the correct one in the past two years. Why go into the last four months of a season without a proven manager, dragging your heels and leaving Houghton and Calderwood in charge for two of them even though it's apparent that they are well out of thier depth. Joe Kinnear? The sacking of Allerdyce, in the middle of a transfer window, when we were in a so-so position in the league, and the replacment of him with Keegan (who he also failed to back) looks more like an attempt to generate season ticket sales for three years in hindsight. But that's where all conspiracy theories come from though - hindsight. Do I beleive that hes done this deliberately? No. We are in the position we are as he has made bad decisions based on his own ineptitude and taking bad advice. He gambled our position in the league, probably looked at the three teams that came up last year and thought, 'lovely, those three will be going straight back down, no need to invest that much this time around'. And then when it came to the next window looked at our position in the league at that point and thought we looked relatively safe and failed to invest again. Unfortunately for us the gamble backfired, we lost our place in the league and he lost a shit load of money.

Are those the initial decisions of allowing Allardyce taking the funds from the sale of Kieron Dyer and bringing in Alan Smith being taken into acount there? You can say what you want about the conspiracy theorists, but EVERY decision that he has been involved in has fucked us over, from not going through due diligence to where we are today and will still do into next season. He's not trying to fuck us over but the bloke is a pig shit thick chancer who has been as lucky as fuck up until two years ago, but now luck is biting him on the arse.

To be honest that's a given, considering that from the point he left last season we had no right winger at all. We had a right-footed winger that perfers to play on the left with no end product, a broken ex-superstar who would often 'play' on the right but would be even more ineffective than in his real position and a whinger with a bad attitude who would sulf if played out of position, or played in his regular position. A the minute we need to get three players, one left and two right, to give us a chance next year, as Gutierrez will be gone soon and nobody will take Duff off our hands.

At a guess I would say ADMINISTRATION. He's not going to put more money in, wages need paying and it's the only way that he'll get any money back from the club bar seeling it - it's very little compared to the alleged 100 million pound loan but it's something. That's why we'll probably hear the club's actually been sold for somewhere in the region of 60 - 80 million somewhere down the line....
