    Souness

It would be like someone who assaulted you coming back to finish the job. The man who destroyed what Sir Bobby had built and spent a huge chunk of the debt in six months.
  2. I wouldn't worry - there's an 11-1 chance he'll be getting burgled right now.
  3. If that goal had been given against Manure (or Liverpool) the ITV commentary team would have been spitting blood to be honest.
  4. Just shows how shit he is - id have tried to take the fucker at the knee or went for an over the top tackle that sent his foot into the crowd followed by the ball instead of looking like Lars Ulrich fighting an MFI bookcase.
  5. Great performance, and undone by some stupid as fuck defending. Welcome to The Defender's Graveyard Ryan Taylor.
  6. Was reading on the BBC webite that we were on the same amount of points this time last year. The only difference was we had just come out of a run of tough fixtures and were able to got into a good run in winnable fixtures - this time we've had the run of winnable fixtures (barring tonight) and have now ran into the hard fixtures, while our nearest rivals have picked up points over the past two series of fixtures. Tonight was a good performance but can they carry on this and the attitude onto the next match? Past experience says probably not.
  7. My prediction. A good humping like the Liverpool game when we can't get the ball, look incapable of putting in a challenge and give the best player for the opposition the freedom of the park.
  8. The run of fixtures Keegan walked into, coupled with morale being lower than a snakes belly, was a large factor in the kickings we were getting last year at this time. However, within six months we had turned the corner from having a kicking at Old Trafford to making a fist of it and taking a well earned point from there for the first time in a while. Within a few months of him leaving we have gone back to square one, being bummed in the face by Liverpool on our own ground, and not having won at St James' in over two months
  9. Had a good run from the middle of March to the end of April last year, scoring 14 and conceding four with four clean sheets. Not a great run of form if you're a half decent team, but better than what we've manged this season so far, and look unlikely to.
  10. Nope. But then neither would the team that Keegan had under him this time last year under this lot. Just one was capable of instilling belief into the same eleven players he was stuck with playing for three months.
  11. If you think they were bad, you really want to hear how Sky were going on. I doubt either were that much more praise-worthy than they were when he played for us. Don't forget that was his debut so he's naturally going to get a bit more attention than he would in any other game, and he did make some good saves and keep a clean sheet. Seriously - he just had to stand there and there were audible sounds of wanking going on in the commentary box.
  12. If you think they were bad, you really want to hear how Sky were going on.
  13. So's rugby league - but Phil Thompson has nothing to do with either so it's the lesser of two evils.
  14. This. I had to switch it offf after 2 mins, it was horrible. Just had it on after Futurama finished as background noise while i was fannying on around the net - it was that or Phil Thompson! Got the rugby on now. Come on England!
  15. We've been the team that turns up with a gift wrapped three points for needy teams for years. I can't see anything changing there today. Something - Nil.
  16. Futurama finished half an hour ago and there's fuck all else on
  17. noticed that, what a dickhead.. go shave your hands or something If he was in the commentary box he'd be in the middle of a Bukkake jizz fest right now. This is just the more sickening, knowing that we got fucked over for the price we got for him!
  18. It was 0 points out of a possible 12 if I recall correctly. Not a great build up to our most winnable away match of the year. Just feels like we're fated to go down at the minute. What else can happen to this club?
  19. Definitely not renewing as I can't justify paying over £700 next year. Was close to not renewing this year, but did eventually as I had saved the cash over a couple of months in the quiet period at the start of the year - not doing that at the minute either.
  20. Looks just as 'convincing' as most other transexuals.
  21. There was an extended version of the interview in the Shields Gazzette and he managed to come up with a quite unexpected comment! http://www.shieldsgazette.com/nufc/Toon-big-guns-back-at.4939747.jp
