  1. All that I can say after watching the Arse / Fake Team match this afternoon is that when we play the Fake Russian funded twats we do no under any circumstances kick the ball out of play if one of thier players rolls around a bit. They just proved themselves to be cunts of the highest order today.
  2. I'll need plenty more beer than I consumed during that match, but this time beforehand, before I would put myself through that again.
  3. Like trying to build the Empire State in a month - in eight months he hadn't managed to build a hut I'd feel safe to leave half filled tins of paint and a rusty old bike with one wheel in. Home kickings against Portsmouth and Liverpool (the day they might as well have played eleven men outfield), two good kickings from Man City, one point versus Derby county (the team who are going to break The Mackems record for worst team in history for fuck's sake), Wigan and Reading away, giving Nicky Butt a new contract, playing his best two wingers as wingers from the start in one game and even then playing them on the wrong side, spunking 18 million on shite, psycho's and players that don't even make the bench - those are the sort of stats and facts that journalists should be firing back at this charlatan when he's trying to misdirect the blame for his time here.
  4. Not sure. I have £500 stowed away at the minute, towards my renewal. Allegedly my ticket will be going up from the 580ish notes that I have paid for the past two years up to 650, due to the new zonal charges in the ground from next year. Not sure whether I'd want to pay that to watch this shower of bastards if we do get divine intervention and manage to stay up, never mind to watch championship football. Cannot say the prices will be lowered either, as people have already part paid already.
  5. Must have got sick of scoring and are just 'hanging on' for the 3-0.
  6. And why do you put Geremi on the field when you could have dropped Duff down and put Oba on instead when it was only 1-0 (or 0-0 when you made the choice of substitute)
  7. Wonder if the poor bastards (stupid c*nts) who have already paid for next years season ticket get an option on a refund. At least I'll have an option on whether I'll pay out 650 notes to watch Championship football next year.
  8. completely predictable that you blame Fat Fred, when it was absolutley nothing to do with him What a moron A fine reposte I must say. A better reply would have been 'ah ha you foolish fool, but Fat Fred replaced Sir John a mere four months after the sale of Ferdinand' - it would have been a lot better than resorting to childish 'personal abuse'. Are you really 53? So getting the timeline of events of a four month period from ten and a half years ago makes someone a moron. Fine. Since you have quoted me twice in this thread I would assume that you are trying to start one of the flame wars that have occurred (you started) in any other thread where anyone dares to criticise Freddy Shepherd. Not going to happen, this is the last reply to you in this thread or any other from myself. I have only replied to this due to the base nature of your reply, as to be honest as soon as I see your sepia tinted avatar I will generally just scroll down and ignore what you have posted due to the fact that it will generally be defending the undefendable and telling us that pre-1992 St James park was home to nothing but thieving gypsies, taking from the club and giving nothing back, sacrificing virgins and raping goats to satisfy their pagan gods. Anyway, no hard feelings as I leave a parting gift. As you appear to be a fairly agressive person, I leave a picture of your beloved to allow you to 'relieve' the anger built up inside. http://soccernet-akamai.espn.go.com/design05/DJ/20070502/shepherd_meg.jpg He must be laughing as his company has made a loss, but have paid out a dividend to shareholders.
  9. I've never seen him play for us, and I'm a season ticket holder
  10. http://www.bbc.co.uk/tyne/footballfirst/scrapbook/images/milburn_300.jpg Might get caught offside a bit and be easy to mark but will still be more effective than Barton. The problem is that we are so thin on the ground in this position with players of any great quality. Don't forget that Butt picked up an injury this past weekend so it's not 100% sure that he'll be available, but his shortcomings have been overshadowed the past few weeks by the ineptitutde of Barton. I can see a center midfield this week of Smith / Butt or Smith / Geremi depending on player fitness, which will have Liverpool shitting in their pant's.
  11. http://www.sporting-heroes.net/files_football/FERDINAND_Les_19970413_NF_L.jpg Great business from Fat Fred - six million for a player 'of his age' and have spent around ten times that trying to find a replacement.
  12. Oh dear. The 'Turn the Newcastle Fans Against Keegan' campaign from the gutter press doesn't appear to have worked, so now they're trying to de-stabilise the club with this one AGAIN! Bobby's comments about how we are the only team likely top break the top four long-term must have really put the shits up the Manchester press.
  13. Is it not coincidental that his current run of piss poor form comes just after he signed a new contract? I beleive that the corner they scored from came from one of his appalling cross field long 'passes' being cut out - the same way one of his appalling cross field 'passes' was cut out a couple of minutes beforehand. He forgets where he is at times and trys to be a footballer, but is the type of player that Eric Cantona would have described as 'Water Carrier'. Just he's not even good at that at the minute.
  14. So Sky show their utter contempt towards us again - They have the main bastard responsible for our current predicament giving one-sided punditry on one of our matches two weeks after he was sacked, the same way they did when we peddled Souness. Cocks!
  15. It's about time that these cunts were held accountable for thier actions - the fact that he gave absoutely fuck all for repeated fouling, constant holding / pushing on Alan Smith, didn't allow any of our lads within a meter of any of the fuckers without blowing his whistle had an overriding effect on the outcome of this match. I have thought for a while that refs come here with an agenda other than refereeing fairly - rather they want to turn up and prove how good and tough a ref they are by not being swayed by the crowd, whether giving a decision our way is correct or not. It's about time that we took the same attitude to piss poor officials as Ferguson and Wenger.
  16. Dear God! People are still posting shite rumours on there!!! Mind, it was the only form of entertainment at work today.
  17. Any body got a clue who has been scouting and picking up the new future superstars this past month?
  18. He may not have been the best, but letting a player go with a paper thin squad is a bit bloody stupid. We now have two first team center halves available for this weekend, three first coice defenders in total. Hope there are no ironing board / bottle of salad cream related freak injuries between now and Sunday for one of those three.
  19. We dont know how to tie up a transfer more like, ala Kalouda, it just bemuses me how a team who wants a certain player cannot give themselves enough time for negotiating with his club and then to complete the deal, sounds like the new regime is off to a bad start They've got about 12 weeks to tie up the all the siginings we'll need to create the ultra-exciting new soopa team next year. Wonder what the odds are on Nicky Butt being in the starting 11 for the first game next season?
  20. As much as it galls me to say it, as they think this every year, but in the grand scheme of things this is possibly our biggest match of the year so far! Win and we're five points clear - lose and they're above us!!
  21. As superb as the Keegan era was, I just get the overwhelming feeling that you cannot pull off the same trick twice in football. The way this season is shaping up Keegan could wind up being the manager that resurrected Newcastle and then ended up taking us down!
  22. Me too. Me three. Although the fact that I have a fiver on him at 20/1 may have swayed my decision somewhat. That's four then! Come on Ashley, don't make the same mistakes as Fat Fred. The right man was available when Bobby went, has implied he would crawl on broken glass to take the job the last two times it was vacated and is available again.
  23. Assistants http://www.bbc.co.uk/cymru/chwaraeon/safle/peldroed_rhyngwladol/images/dean_saunders_203.jpg http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/team/past_players/players/mcdermott/images/profile.jpg With Manager http://newsimg.bbc.co.uk/media/images/42108000/jpg/_42108562_pearson203.jpg
  24. I'm more desparate for fourteen more points on the board and a decent manager at the moment. Once we have got that we can start to dream of silverware.
  25. "Allardyce's successor must be promised reasonable time to repair the ravages caused by short-termism at St James' Park" Surely should really read as "Allardyce's successor must be promised reasonable time to repair the ravages caused by shit previous management regimes at St James' Park
