Sad times but we have to agree a swap deal for a Swindon fan, your efforts have been really appreciated though.

You really think Mike Ashley gave him an 8-year contract without any clauses? He can get rid of him whenever he wants to.
  3. I toss a coin 10 times and first 9 are tails. What are the odds for the tenth toss to be heads?

His confidence is low but it can be easily fixed if he can get few successes. Confidence is a weird thing. I remember being very low on confidence, scoring the ugliest rebound goal in the history of sports and playing great again.

He was great player under Pardew for a short spell.
  6. We were really poor at times last season but I didn't care as we were winning. Winning Blackburn away 1-0 was amazing.
  7. Looking at our lineup we would've probably needed at least 3 goals to have a chance on any points. So IMO it was always going to be one of those days.

I'm not worried, we need two wins at most and we're totally safe. Losing to Manchester City away doesn't change anything.
  9. 'Don't' makes it sound so much worse, like they haven't given a fuck in months.
  10. Getting Krul, Santon and Haidara back for this would be massive.
  11. IP, can you fix a typo from your sig. Should be 'didn't', not 'don't'. edit. Reading it with 'don't' and I can understand your lol's.
  12. you really reckon Pardew told them to get stuck in and go for it today? Well I hope he didn't. I rather take injury free 4-0 loss than a fighting 2-1 loss with couple of injuries. My point being that I can't fault Pardew for our performance today with all the injuries (yes!) and the games that are coming up.
  13. How the fuck can people not understand what I meant? Pardew can tell them anything but it doesn't matter if the players won't get stuck in due to fear of injury or saving energy to a massive game on Thursday.
  14. Eh? Managers are important and Pardew has been at fault many times this season but he's not the one playing. I can't criticise Pardew for the performances that Cabaye, Anita and Obertan among others put out today. The players play s*** every week and it's not Pardew's responsibility. Are you on drugs? They have played shit but at least they've usually tried every game.
  15. Way to take a sig without any context. I was only talking about this game.

  17. It's not the defeat, it's the style of it and the lack of effort. If there's one game where you can expect lack of effort it was this. To be fair I can't even fault the players, getting through without injuries was the main thing.
  18. Glad it's over. Everybody expected a bumming and we got bummed. Don't understand the drama in this thread, it's not Pardew's fault if the players just don't give a fuck. Main thing is we got through without new injuries and have four massive games coming up where I'm sure the performances will be a lot better and hopefully get few players back soon. Can't wait for Thursday.
  19. But why though? Not getting at you but why is NUFC playing away at a Man City team who haven't really hit the heights that often this season a predictable arse raping? Wonder what other teams were thinking when they headed here to play. Why is it always us that play right in to the script for the opposing team (e.g. wigan's revival fightback last time etc.)? Four massive games coming up, players knew it and have looked disinterested. Roll on Benfica.
