Fight kicked off in a saturday game I was playing in. One of our lads got smacked in the face (broken eye socket and dilocated jaw) - the lad got 2.5 years for doing it (he had previous like). He had been subbed as well. Mass 22 player brawl proceeded - police and dogs arrived, a mess. Shit went on for months. There team got banned from the league indefinately along with all the players. Bet loads of shit like this happens and people get away with it.

His mind is clearly somewhere else. He needs to sort himself out for the WC. Somewhere between beef and bean I would say.

Wenger has got that completely wrong. There was no intent there, think the lads reaction says enough.

Lets face it, any manager would struggle next seaon if we keep Smith and Nolan and do not add to that. Assuming we invest (if we go up) my bigger concern would be who we bring in more that who manages the players. Hughton more than deserves his chance IMO

Next season is next season you're right, and I'll put money on it that we'll regret not doing more this season to try and built a squad capable of playing in the Premiership. There is no point spunking money for the sake of it yet - I am doubtful we would even if we could. We are still loosing loads of money each month so that says it all. IMO getting up is our first and only priority. Once up, think about it then.

That is horrific, poor kid. He is a class act and would only get better and better. Hope he gets the chance to show his potential one day. Good luck Aaron.

Canny Whilst this is really nice, the sponsor isn't clear enough, so it won't happen. Its about as good as you will get without the stupid block. How about Northern Rock in a different color? Think the design is class.

With a fund raising opening line of something like "sir, there is a pigeon in your bank account and we need to access it to get it out" its hardly suprissing the consortium failed.

No harm in keeping him till the season is out, see what happens then. He looks a propect alright, alot to learn though.
