Sure its covered elsewhere but what are our plans for pre-season? So far they look absolutely pathetic, no notable games or challenges for the players what so ever.

Thing with sponsors - they want to see a tangible plan as to what the business will do for them in terms of coverage, investment in their name etc. From what I can see is we simply thought £8M over 4 years (oh what ever the numbers are) would work for us and we accept the first bidder that came along. The "budget" tactics clearly work for SD but not for a football club. Ok - they are in the CL but the deals Manu, Man City, Arsenal etc have got for sponsorship are outstanding, ours is simply shocking in comparison.

Cisse is way down the list of players I would consider selling/moving on. For starters, Jonas, Tiote, Shola are much worse than him and offer very little to nothing. We have not played to his strengths this season at all. He has effectively played the whole season as a loan striker, has got on with it, no complaints. Ok, he did not hit the heights of his first season but there is nothing IMO to suggest he cannot if we play to his strengths. He has had NO competition for most, if not all of the season. I think he would thrive off another 15-20 goal striker (like he did against with Ba here - although most would argue they did not play well as a pair) in the squad.

They can be, I suppose. They certainly will be. Not entirely fair, though. Not entirely fair no (nor can you blame him for all of them), and you can point to the lack of investment/reliance on development players as well to be fair. Playing HBA on a plastic pitch when recovering for a bad injury is a very good example of him being responsible however. The overall conditioning of our players (which looked poor) really is down to who he employs on the fitness/injury front though.

Absolutely crazy. More importantly only 27% want to stick with him. Shame the other 73% did not make it clear to the useless fucker how they felt during the last game of the season!

So, what is most to blame for our season Pardew - 30.1 % Tactics - 15.5% Injuries - 13.2% Total - 53.8% All of which can be attributed to Pardew. Not good enough.

Be interesting to see how many renew ST's. Can see sub 50k for most games again next season. Long term stability might work with Ferguson (the best you can get) and fuck loads of money, not when you have mr pisswank for a manager, a small budget and fuck all ambition.

PS think I will have a summer off football as week after week of his excuses will completely fuck me off!

Whatever. Will dial back in come August with the usual hope I am sure but this is just bollocks. 10 games max if we do not start the season in very solid form, well drilled, better defence, more flair and proper tactics.

Ferguson was the strictest disciplinarian going IMO, it did them no harm. Just have to have the right culture, team, environment, success and this approach works very well IMO.

A win cements pardew for next season, sadly a loss probably does too. Just want to see the back of him. Personally think we ,iChat surprise ourselves tomorrow with no pressure.

Really quite like to see Wigan win tonight, make the last game interesting for us (Arsenal will really need to win) and watching Villa, Wigan and Sunderland all shit it on the last day. I know I should not gloat given the shocker we have had. But.

10 for me, for next season that is with the current plum in charge.
