So room for two more purples.

Even Everton have Mirallas and Pienaar but i yeah i don't think a top 4 side will buy him straight from the championship that would be unusual. Usually championship stars go to mid table PL sides or PL sides playing in EL and star for a few years and then go to CL clubs if the club in question have not gone on to CL level. Aka the Ashley Young route, i would be surprised if a top 4 club comes in at this stage and honestly i feel the same way about Zaha. Newcastle United v West Ham United - 11/11/12 @ 3pm

Nicely put Tyson. Would not be suprised if we lost this. Although I think the atmosphere with Carroll and fat Sam in town should be a good one, hence get us over the line. Almost certain Nolan will score. I don't mind if its a very late consolation. Whole ground will probably cheer -

Total waste of a human being. He should be sacked. How the club can justiy keeping someone who is clearly taking the piss is beyond me. There a millions of people what would do anything to be in his position. Kick the fucker out. Give it 6 months and he would be inside anyway.

Would like to see a three of Tiote, Anita and Bigi for this. Really want to see how they get on as a three with Cabeye and Perch injured. -
Definately time to be put on the bench. He is offering nothing what so ever at the moment, in fact he is costing us. Would prefer to see a three in the middle of Tiote, Yohan and Anita/Bigi. The later offering more good range of passing as well as defensive cover. Not quite sure how Jonas fits into the team now, sad but have to move on.

Happy with a point all things considered. Negatives: - Started way to slowly again - As soon as we scored, we tried to defend the lead - when will we learn? Getting very frustrated with these tactics. We should have come out flying in the second half, reality we sat back - Jonas, he offers very little in his new role. Sad really, but he is costing us with his lack of creativity and frustrating habit of keeping the ball until he gives it back to them - Colo - he was taken to the cleaners today by Suarez. You cannot really argue about that, frustration clearly got the better of him today. Caught him or not, he was clearly in the wrong. - Sterling, just because he is a young lad, this does not give him special rights FFS. He should have been off the field as well by the end of the game. - HBA - looked shagged, hopefully a one off poor performance although did very well to set the goal up. Positives; - Saylor - thought he had a terffic game. He is going to have to step up now as he should get the armband IMO. - Anita, did well when moved into the middle. Deserves to stay in the team on that performance

Pardew seems to recognise out short comings and the fact we are not playing well. Howwver he does not seem to know what to do about it!!

Win this and other results go our way and we should be 6th come sunday night (only 4 points off forth) - not bad considering a shite start to the season. Good result here and the confidence will come back for sure, pretty confident of that. -

Was at the LC win and the subsequent 4-3 losses. Unbelievable games, gut wrenching results. I personally don’t think we have ever really got over those results. 96 in particular being so crucial and cruel. Despise these, being smacked in the face on the way out of Anfield for the first 4-3 (multiple times) and then chased down Breck Road , not good at all. Only good memory was when I nearly started a riot when they played Sunderland in the cup, started a couple of Toon songs with mates in the The Park pub and the Mackems went mental, suffice to say we left pretty quickly -

Keep the racist rat and stevie gobshite quiet and we should be alreet. I think I am going to bet on a stupid score for this, lets face it our first win down there is not going to be a boring 1-0. Has sexy score line written all over it. -

I feel less bitter towards Dalglish now - I thought he deliberately fucked our squad up, let our best players go and replaced them with a load of shite. At least he has been consistent at Liverpool. -

Basically £55M worth of signings that bar Allen, that had virtually anonomous games by all accounts -

After their result last night, its going to go one of two ways IMO. We have to absolutely go fo them from the off and if we can do that, I think we will go on and win. We need 4-3-3 and loads of pressure for the first 20 mins. -
If he is proved innocent, this really does degrade Chelsea to an even lower level of scum. On a serious note, they should get the book thrown at them for it. Almost sure if they had won, nothing would have been said about this - time will tell.
-
My mate with 55 points, still concerned he wont get a ticket!!
-
He needs to bit pressing the line and making those runs. Ok some are offside, but thats this game. Too many hopefull balls thrown his way this season and crucially, very little support in the follow up. He has been coming far too deep and wide this season compared to last. Thats a formation thing IMO (and service clearly)

Without starting the whole 4-3-3 thing again, I really think Ba's form and Cisse's lack of form are contributing to our formation in a big way. Hard to justify Ba on the left of three when he is the only one scoring. Cisse hits form again and I could see him being more comfortable with 3 up front - too much of a risk putting Ba on the left at the moment IMO - maybe Pardew feels this way as well?
