This game will be more like the first of the season IMO. Fuckking stupid time to have an international break. That said, it's two weeks extra training for our players who frankly looked unfit for the first three games. I am not so concerned about the result, just want to see the likes of ba, crises and cabeye look up for it, fitter and in better form. Personally think we will get a result, possibly a win. We are due one down there.

Can't see him walking from his contract with so many years left. Was he not insentivised to keep costs down? He is probably as much to blame as he thinks he can emulate last season. Chelsea's have spent loads, not sure on spurs, but there is no chance of 5th, Everton are stonger as well. 7th is the best best we can hope, fighting Liverpool and possibly Fulham.

IMO he needs to keep his head down, get the team fit, sort the tactics out and focus on football again. Forget talk on keeping players, mike doing so well at keeping players (and pissing them off) and stop trying to gloss over a hugely missed opportunity of a transfer window.

I think we would have said 4 points from the first three games = Spurs 1, Chelsea 0 and Villa 3, should have been 6 mind. Something is not quite right yet and needs to be worked out pretty quickly. No excuse for the fitness of some of our players although I suspect Ba and Cisse will benefit from an extra two weeks. The break has come at a good time IMO, as long as we use it to get fit and sort our formation out. Move on and forget this, overall not a bad start to the season. Time to kick on now.

Seeing him go off as he did last night, made this transfer window feel worse than it already does. He is a very versatile squad player and will be miss him and will not replace either.
