Do you think AP will try and have Anita or Tiote man mark Hazard or share the responsibility? He is clearly the one we need to somehow stop.

This is definately a game which will be won in midfield/upfront. If Tiote, Cabeye, Ben Arfa and the two Demba's can turn it on, we can win this. 2-3 is my prediction.

He should take a long hard look at HBA. Nothing like him technically but in terms of confidence, give things ago and do your best to sort it out if you do fuck up/loose the ball etc So frustrating, he could be a good player.

No reason to dread it, they have played Wigan and a spirited looking reading. In neither game did they look great . Sadly our top players don't look quite ready yet. Will probably be a loss but never 4-1. A point would be a great result.

If there is any danger Tiote will miss Saturday, I do not think Anita will start or play too much of a part. Can see Bigi playing instead.

As Ba and Shola are injured, I do not think he will risk Cisse to start. Think Campbell will start this one with Cisse on the bench. We have very few other options up front. The main thing is we keep the majority of the first team in good shape for Saturday. Worst case, throw the lot at Atromistos on the return leg.

Haven't seen enough of Beardsley at least not live in St James, but does he really dribble like HBA on a consistent basis? Yes, mainly in his pants these days

I would agree if Ba and Cisse didn't piss off to Africa most seasons lol, if AFCON didn't exist then i'd argue we don't even need a striker as we can just replace Ba or Cisse with a wide player. AFCON is the reason we need one IMO. I agree with you, but pretty sure that is a reason why we are not so active in that area (as appears to be the case). No way Shola could be the meat in that sandwich!

I think because of HBA and Marvaux we are not is such a hurry for another striker. Both could play in a front 3 IMO.
