He was the best stirker this generation and many others have ever seen. That was never in question, never will be. Fact is, he is hardly "hot" property on the management front is he? Why? -

? Eh EGO ? fkn hell Fergie = ego Calm down Sure;y part of being a successful manger is that you need a big ego to control the massive ego's of your squad? Agreed. But this is Cardiff. Sheep central. His ego is TOO big. It may turn out to be that way but I for one hope he does get the fob and does well, him becoming a top manager will benefit us one day. FOB. you for real? Not with the fat controller around its not. -

To big of an ego to do well as a manager. That said, follow Poyet and he will do very well. -
He said he does not like a Fifty something grey bloke licking his lips alot and preceeding every word with Errrrrrrrrrr when talking about him. Funny coming from a spanish.

How concrete is our interest? Anyone really know?
-
Nothing will be completely clear until it is completely clear, i.e. he has signed for whoever he is signing for! The fact his team mate is coming does not rule us out surely.
-
And, what is wrong with that?

Adds further strength to Cabaye joining, happy days. I dont have anything against Smith, he is a good professional just a shit professional footballer.

Here for 2 years or not, is it good to have a captain this is not entirely happy? I am not sure it would preserve the spirit in the squad. If he is here to stay, fair enough, I think he should remain the captain.
-
Sorry but a lot of discussion on here are based on hypothetical what ifs, mine included. Delete it if you feel inclined, I wont be offended.

If the press have any credibility, we should loose our vice captain (no longer wanted) and Nolan could well go, or at least not be a key figure in the squad next season, we will need to make some choices. I don't think a new player to the club should ever be considered in his first year so for me there is only one choice - :colo:

Just hope all this contract stuff with senior players does not fuck up the dressing room spirit we have managed to build. Otherwise, agree, he has 2 years, asses at the end of next season (not before).

What the fuck happend to Tiote's Chin?

Class

To be fair, we are being linked with alot of players as well. Still wish LFC would fuck off however.

Has to be ranked as one of the worst, if not the worst signing, we have even made on a number of monumental levels. To think the little shite was captain as well. Time to move on and forget him.

League 1 here they come.

Is the transfer window now officially open? Or July 1st?
-
When you put it like that, it shows just how shit we have been and very defiantely a club that was in decline. All things considered, its been a very good season, not great. We have achieved the main goal with a little bit in the tank. A bit more quality in the squad and less reliance on the shit we have to use when injuries kick in and we are easily worth an extra 10 - 15 points next season which could see us tapping on the door for Europe. A decent transfer window would make this a great season.
