Yes and No. If done correctly and organized properly - the buyers can look over "the books" as well as any other pertinent information that the seller will put up. Its up to the seller to ensure that all pertinent information related to the sale/facilitate the sale are there. Hah! I am in a similar mood, I've started coming to terms with the fact we might be in the Championship next season and the one positive I will take out of it is that a mass clearout will mean I won't have to suffer watching this shower of s**** dragging our name through the mud any more.
