Make your desire be known, get back on the pitch and play hard and let your agent work it with the club to find the best possible solution for all but don't be unprofessional to the lads you play football with in that dressing room, the coaches and staff who look after you, and the supportors near and far who spend material amount of time and money out of their own pockets to watch you play football for their club. Its the bsaic social norm of any athlete who plays football, it's at times VERY different than other sports around the world but and the end of the day, its decent human thing to do.
