I was 50/50 when Kinnear got appointed and am still about that, maybe getting slightly more nervous - not greatly confident with a rubbish manager and a fool of an owner steering the ship

well, if you think that, what DO you think is the reason ? Of course its because of the change of ownership. Completely agree - I am confused as to who else's fault it could be? Dreadful leadership consisting of a confused strategy in terms of actual business plan - sell or not to sell? Managerial appointments, transfer authority (or not), miscommunication with fans and blatantly a lack of transfer fund backing to managers - I'm not asking to be the next Man City but our miserly net spend is eventually going to get us in trouble, if it hasn't already.

Poor performances from many, agree Duff has been better. We desperatley lack pace and height in the centre mid, both from a defending and attacking perspective.

Enrique is having a mare, Guthrie and Butt doing quite well, though in general we are giving them far too much space to play the game they like.

Guthrie played well yesterday but he's been up and down this season - credit for a good performance and hopefully more of the same but I'll reserve judgment to wait and see the same week in and week out - then I might compare him to the likes of David Batty.

Mediocre in my eyes and even his 'honeymoon' period, which all new managers seem to get a bit of, was fairly underwhelming. I'm not seeing a trend in results which gives me great optimism. Much rests on the January transfer window.

Pleased by clean sheet but we need to start picking up some wins, scraping round the 3/4 gets more worrying as we get further into the season.

Laughable - Ashley really has sunk to new lows - couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery when it comes to running a football club.

I'm just sad we have to sell him to bring in other players - what a sad state of affairs.

Its a buyers market, I thought Ashley would be lucky to recoup his original investment plus debt, given my experience at the moment of selling a business which is significantly better performing at the moment (different sector admittedly)and experience of the banking market at present, 250m would be a very good price indeed, 450m is fantasy land. If a purchaser is having to raise bank funds, then there is no way this deal (if there is one) is being done till into January.

I don't think he is awful at all, a player devoid of confidence and somewhat limited in certain areas. Certainly, I hoped better for 6m and there is a reason why different managers don't seem to rate him. For me his lack of real pace is the biggest problem for this league.

I've been moaning a lot about Duff, Ameobi and the poor quality of our centre midfield but really the problem all season bar a couple of games has been our defence, scoring 2 goals at home against Wigan should always be enough. Our defence is rubbish, enrique gets worse the more he plays, Colo hasn't settled as yet,though think there is better to come, taylor hasn't improved and is still a liability, cacapa, well enough said, Beye hasn't quite looked fit and only Bassong has looked okay but is a kid.
