  1. that fuckers on 80k? That parts bollocks mate. We might be stupid, but offering a lazy fat 32 year old a three year £80,000 a week contract is mind boggling stupidity. Its a two year contract (one year left now). Not sure about the money but at the time it was supposed to be anything from £50-60,000.
  2. We lost to Reading when we weren't under pressure, and were lucky as hell against Fulham. I wouldn't take wins against either as nailed on given our total lack of heart. No we weren't under pressure in those games, we were just completely playing into Readings hands with absolutely mental "tactics" instead, plus we were away from home.
  3. Get a grip man. Newcastle won't get relegated. There are too many sides between us and we will pick up 10 points at least.
  4. We have 18 points from the 14 games Martins has started this season and only 10 points from the 13 he hasn't started.. 1.28 points per game with Martins and 0.76 per game without him.
  5. Of course we're playing the ball on the ground more, that's obvious IMO. That doesn't mean we're starting every move from the back on the ground. But what we are doing is actually passing the ball on the ground when we have it in midfield. Look at the Villa game, absolutely s*** second half, but in the first we passed the ball very well at times. I remember games under Allardyce when I could have counted the amount of passes on the ground on one hand.

    Steven Taylor

Just trying to point out that he certainly wasn't the only one who was poor today, and he certainly wasn't the worst. But I guess you knew that really. You mean you were trying to shift some of the criticism on to other players. Still, I'm sure John Terry was spinning around like a dull c*** when he was 22. Spot on, thats exactly what I was doing and is my point entirely. Others were worse than Taylor. No, they weren't..
  7. We're getting stuffed every time we play a team like Arsenal or Manure, or Villa away.. we won't be playing them every week though so stop the panicking.. As for Boro, you don't know what would have happened given more time, also did you forget that we had a perfectly good goal ruled out that would have given us the win?
  8. are you crazy? allardyce took a team ranked at 14th, no direction, in turmoil, injury ridden, to a team that wasnt going to get relegated, sorted out the injuries, and gave us the feeling of stability inside the club. You've got to be taking the piss?..

    The Basics

Not when you have a defender turning his back on a player like Ronaldo as he drives into the area onto a simple pass to score. Or a defender running accross a forward and flayling his legs hopelessly at the ball when he's the last man... Then you blame the defender.. in this case the same defender both times, Forest f****** Gump himself.. Of course you should defend and attack as a team as much as possible, but when you have players who make pathetic individual errors every week it certainly doesn't help.
  10. We've got a far better chance now then if Allardyce had stayed, that's for f****** sure! Spurs were a shambles when we played them under that fat c***, as were Bolton.. Expecting too much?
  11. Since Keegan arrived we've played six games, three of those against the top two and another away against fifth place Villa. Out of the two games we'd expect something from we've gotten 2 points, not good, but the worst in the league?.. bollocks. As for players available in January, only one of the players you mentioned would have made a real difference IMO and that's Diarra, a player who apparently asked us for £90,000 a week. I still wish Keegan had managed to get some players in, but that hardly puts him high on my list of people to blame in this situation...
  12. Keegan has to take some blame for today, his starting 11 was poor. Exactly N'Zogbia is no left back - he can't clear his fuking lines - I counted on AT LEAST two occasions that he dilly fuking dallied rather than clear, handing the ball to those c***s in a decent position Yes everyone knows N'Zogbia isn't a very good left back. Its very easy to see that, but much harder to pick someone better. Look at the bench for the game, which player from that bench would you have chosen ahead of N'Zogbia? Bench - Harper, Geremi, Carroll, Cacapa, Ameobi
  13. Keegan has to take some blame for today, his starting 11 was poor. I agree it wouldn't be my first choice starting 11 with everyone available. But looking at the bench I then have to ask what choices did Keegan really have?: Harper, Geremi, Carroll, Cacapa, Ameobi. Cacapa instead of Taylor?, maybe Ameobi instead of Smith? He really didn't have many choices did he?
  14. Bollocks, the start Keegan's had was always an impossible task. He's been left in a position where he has to inspire players simply to bring them up to the level of being s*** and on top of that he's had to play three games against Arsenal and Manure. Obviously if you weren't this depressed under Allardyce then you were one of the people who didn't see our current predicament coming from a mile off, a predicament created by the fat c*** himself.. We just need to somehow find the results needed to stay up. After that Keegan can go out and replace some of the s*** currently infesting our side and we can kick on from there.
  15. What will you do with your winnings, buy yourself a Mackems top?
  16. Yeah Reading are at home, also to be honest I don't see how there remaining games are more difficult then ours.. Still at least when we meet it'll be at St James.
  17. Its "BS" that every Spurs fan thinks they know what's going on at Spurs but "common knowledge" what the day to day thinking of your management is on player wages?
  18. Mick Lowes says he thinks N'Zogbia is going to be at left back.. I hope to god he's wrong. N'Zogbia will be ripped to shreds by Ronaldo. I thought Enrique did very well against Ronaldo in our last game against Manure (ok it ended 6:0 but that's after Ronaldo switched sides away from Enrique). I just don't understand why he was dropped and why we continue to play people out of position instead of him, he's looked good every time I've seen him play.
  19. depends who we play. someone like carroll or edgar will keep their heads up and i also notice emre always tries till the end but others such as butt and owen do look even slower when we are losing. Don't think so tbh. 3 or 4-0 to the mancs no matter who plays imho. What the fuck do you know?, fuck off ok?
  20. Also this time have Beye on the other side so Ronaldo can't switch sides to pick on Carr
  21. FFS, surely by now we should have banned News of the World articles on this forum. It's the single wosrt peice of s*** rag in the world today. Nothing they ever print is worthy of the slightest recognision, never mind discussion.
  22. Bollocks, everyone knows Bobby's time here wasn't perfect, nobody can ever do everything right. But the fact is we had our second most succesful spell in recent Newcastle history under him. What he's good at, no, what he's great at, is Football Management mate, all you're great at is pissing and moaning.. You've pointed out a few bad games or less then perfect decisions as if it proves something, how about remembering all the good and great games under Robson instead. Because there was far far more good then bad ones.
  23. You've got to be taking the piss, surely?
