  1. Is there a summary somewhere of the new potential ownership structure?

Why is Ashley needing to lend them £150m (or whatever the number is) for a 5 year period? Is that for the non Saudi portion? That's a drop in the ocean for the wealth we are talking, makes you also wonder what kind of conditions Ashley will be attaching to that.

I'll take anything now above Ashley to roll the dice, but it's a bit fishy that we can't pay it up front given the amount of money supposedly being thrown around.

Think you need to read the summary from that lass lawyer who explains her interpretation (and seems most likely) as to what the documentation at Companies House represents.

    Cheers will take a look.

Ashley is not lending them £150m for 5 years.

Can you clarify for me the instalments part or whatever?

  4. For a second yellow (ie a red card) does the ref need to not play advantage? So if he wants to send Blind off he needs to stop the game, because imagine Blind goes up the other end and scores?

Also the red card for handball was harsh.

Common sense Blind should have gone and not Veldman for the handball, but technically according to the rules I’m not sure.

  5. Considering the rumours over how pally Kenyon and Ashley are, and that his deal (because he hasn't really got a pot to piss in) allows concessions for Sports Direct, I'd rather sit in apathy as I am now than get any form of utterly pointless hope where the person changes but little else does.

We need someone with the money and ambition to restructure the club from top to bottom and to buy into making it the best he can be, not another fleecing cunt just there for the TV money and 17th.

I agree but at the same time I’d roll the dice. Whoever is next surely wouldn’t be so stubborn and difficult to get rid of.

  6. First away of the season, Spurs at their new stadium, did not sell out to season ticket holders. A significant contributor to that is Kings Cross being shut, but last season with it being the new ground and first game it would have sold out to ST holders easily.

Second game! Shows how bothered I am.

  8. I wonder when the last time the first away game of the season went to general sale, the tide is turning, slowly but surely.

Norwich is awful to get to mind, it’s a fucking hike but even so it’s poor, the Spurs game will be a good marker, we get 3000 .

Spurs will sell out no problem. New grounds always do. If we're having to return tickets for Saturday 3pm games, especially the first one of the season, I'd suggest the away following will be largely reduced this season.

Kings Cross is closed that weekend so trains aren’t easy. Will go to members sale before possibly selling out due to southern based fans.

  9. Still 7/2 to go down, now that’s a bet

I got on us at 6/1 in the days before Rafa left. It’s going to be a toxic environment, tough start, fans will turn on the new manager, no goals, which players will want to join, which manager would want to come. I don’t see how we’re going to stay up.
