  1. Roeder doesn't know who the players are that are good enough, is tactically woeful, and is incapable fo seeing the gaping flaws in our team.
  2. I can count on one hand the number of central midfielders i've seen with worse distribution and what's this 'decent shot' he has? Has he ever produced anything more than a 'toe punt' from outside the area? To describe him as a 'great individual player' is laughable. we've had at least two of these over the past few years.
  3. I can see Owen wanting out asap. He's not daft, he'll be able to see what a poor manager Roeder is.
  4. Utter bullshit. Read the comment below yours. You watch too much PC-sponsored "Institutional racism" crap churned out by the BBC, chum. Sorry to disappoint you, but I don't watch TV. Instead I analyse available information, and the conclusions are clear: institutional racism is prevalent in all parts of society. To believe that it doesn't exist in football, which is renowned for its racism, is delusional. That post makes me care even less. There are many things about football that rile me, that make me want changes to be made. But the number of coloured managers is way down the list.
  5. He owes us? I don't think that even comes into it. If he had any kind of link to us, faur enough, but lets face it, he doesn't.
  6. Who says we'd even get £10m for him? I could see him going for less than that, if he gets the opportunity. God knows Roeder is stupid enough to think Ameobi and Martins (or just as bad, Sib and Martins) could work next season, with Dyer as backup. Dont really see Shepherd take such a battering on his record signing to be honest. If he gets full of pies one day, and has a pastry rush, who knows how crazy he'll be.
  7. The BBC shoudl be ashamed. For actually paying someone like Crooks a salary.
  8. Who says we'd even get £10m for him? I could see him going for less than that, if he gets the opportunity. God knows Roeder is stupid enough to think Ameobi and Martins (or just as bad, Sib and Martins) could work next season, with Dyer as backup.
  9. Why, because he is so loyal to us? hahahahaha. Sorry, couldn't help myself. I agree with Leazes1986. Anyone with half a brain would know why. Then clearly i don't, so why?

    Duffer

Why do we always try to blame everyone else for players just not being, or doing, very well.
  11. Why, because he is so loyal to us? hahahahaha. Sorry, couldn't help myself.
  12. Taylor Gooch. At least until we see whether Gooch is a premiership central defender. If he's not, we only have one. Taylor is by some margin our best, not playing him would be akin to the stupidity of thinking Boumsong or Moore were ever going to be top premiership defenders.
  13. Bramble is indeed a genuine talent. But his concentration .... No, he's not a genuine talent. He still shows the odd glimpse of quality, but a genuine talent? No. The days when he could be classed as having potential and the chance to improve are long gone. He's a laughing stock at fans form all other clubs. He's a Championship player, but at least he had the opportunity to have a go in the Premiership. Most players of his quality don't.
  14. And The Zog, and Solano, and Tayor, and Dyer and Butt, given the paucity of our squad.
  15. Seeing as you think Luque did well tonight and it all wasn't his fault........ We only have onle player who can cross the ball from the right, and he is too slow, so Milner is our best bet. He is better than some of the other players who are supposedly good enough for the first team.
  16. We saw Good Titus tonight, but I'd rather have Ramage in the team against a half-decent side, because the likelihood is that Bad Bramble will turn up.
  17. We weren't very good. The opposition are a fucking terrible team, we made them look just average and dull. Bramble was MOTM, definately. Taylor played well. Harper was a spectator. Duff had a 1/3 of a good game. Luque was shite. Dyer had his "touch of a rapist" boots on. Martins only woke up when Albert "He Needs More Games" Luque went off. Milner looks like a clumsy get whenever he runs with the ball.
  18. Bramble is the biggest let down for me. He was supposed to bea genuine talent. But he's shite. The rest, i either didn't particularly know about, and were shit (Boumsong, Luque), or i didn't expect much of anyway (Babayaro, Carr).
  19. See my last post. It's obvious that he isn't showing enough on a day to day basis to be deserving of a chance. Training doesn't matter and neither does a strong daily work ethic. Get with it, mate! None of us have any idea how well or bad Luque does in training? I have a hard time beleiving Ameobi, Carr, Babayaro or Ramage can be any better then Luque in training! But even they get a run of games! There is also a difference in training and playing a football match. I bet if Parker lacked as much "match fitness" as Luque does, he whould... Even Ameobi is better than Luque, though. So, despite being nowhere near a Premiership striker, Ameobi should get a game before Luque (if both are fit) in the absence of a decent player.
  20. As at last summer - no Premiership RB, no Premiership LB, only one Premiership CB, a first team striker short.

    Duff's Dive

We didin't even need him. Roeder fucked up, he had a number of other greater priorities.
  22. Lets not fucking pretend we have half a team waiting on the injury list to come back in, or that even the "best" team Roeder thinks he has is anywhere near good enough. For me, there are 4 tiers in the Premiership, and we are in the third tier. We're a decent, average-sizd club with a very poor squad. Yet you expect Roeder to achieve more or demand more from this average sized club? That doesn't make sense NM, you can't have it both ways. I expected Roeder (well, no i didn't, but he should have been capable if he was good enough for the job) to achieve more by getting in the players to address the fatal issues with our first team. Then i expected us to do moderately well in the league. We HAVE actually pretty much achieved this to date, but not through good performances - i.e. not in a sustainable manner.
