That kind of thinking is pretty short term though. They've been out of the top flight for what, five years now? And a lot of that time was wasted on dealing with ownership issues and sorting out financial irregularities. They'll be back sooner or later. It's just not possible for a club the size of NUFC (or Leeds) to fail completely, the laws of capitalism won't allow for it. At some point the club becomes so devalued that it has to become worth it for somebody to invest the time/money to build it back up again. Nottingham Forest?

got an Aunt and cousins from Newcastle. got interested in team after my cousins constantly going on about Newcastle. got tickets to a game for my 14th Birthday and travelled up from Scotland and had an amazing experience and wanted more. (im now 28 btw. My Local club (Airdrieonians) went into administration and went bust. Came back shortly after as Airdrie United and they are now my second team

Tbf as I said in the other thread, there's no way on earth that Freddy would be able to keep quiet about it when talking to the Chronicle if he was close to getting it. If Freddy is as close to Bobby as he is making us believe (says today that he was on holiday in portugal with him recently, and they are very close) he will surely be there on Sunday. Shearer playing, Freddy possibly in the stand, could be a very interesting weekend! i think its a charity golf week/weekend in Portugal every year.

That's not how you show loyalty to the club if you are upset by something you dont always do the right thing. The same money is going into his back account every month. I doubt it makes much difference to him tbh that makes no sense then. If he is happy to sit and get the money and dosnt care about the club then why is he so upset and 'engineering a move away where he probably wont get as good a pay. You are contradicting yourself
