What has happen to the fighting spirit of the team?? Many players looked uninterested today... I dont mind losing, but i mind losing when we are atleast trying! Perch is horrible, he doesnt have the strengt nor the hight to be a central defender, maybe on a kids team.. Coloccini looked uninspiring, Tiote seems like he has left our team already... I hope for the next game that Perch, Obertan, and best isnt starting. Get in Williamson, Ben Arfa on the wing, and move Vuckic in behind Ba when Cabaye is back. PS! I really hope Santon isnt bad injured(cant see any reason else to take him off).

Cant believe ppl saying that HBA isnt a winger. He is perfect on the wing imo, he will get more time on the ball then he does behind the striker. He has the acceleration to get into decent scoring chances or in position to put the ball inside the box. He also has been playing on the wing for his previous clubs, so what is it that doesnt make him a winger?

Think HBA should play instead of Obertan on the wing...

We'll possibly end up buying 1 RB and 1 midfielder + selling 1-2 players. I want us against "top 4" to play like we did against Stoke, I think that was perhaps Obertan's best game so far for us. Defensive freekicks and corners take the strikers down and put our wingers up, almost like Arsenal played when they had Ljungberg and Pires on their wings, but they played with Henry also up front.

If Colo or Taylor(or both) are out then it might be time for Kadar to get a shot at first team football? Dont really know anything about him, but he cant be worse than Perch.

I think Pardew has got alot of things spot on and should have credit for that, but I must say that i don't agree with him that Ben Arfa is better in the number 10 role than as a winger. Imo Ben Arfa should have started on the wing today instead of Løvenkrands, he would get more space on the wing to make his magic than in the middle, also he can as a winger drift inside and shoot or get it into the box. It is also less dangerous when he looses the ball on the wing than in the middle of the field.

The ref standard in the Premier League is very poor imo, I bet they are getting paid off by the Americans, Arabs, Russians etc. I have always said that I was against video replays, but I think its time for it now because its so many silly mistakes beeing made. I have also said that referees should have a yellow and red card system(or some sort of point system) . Like making one bad decision they get for example a yellow card, 2 yellow cards a game they get automatic one match ban, a really bad decision they get 2-3 games.

Fairest post you've made. 100% my thoughts. I'd give Jonas at least a 7.5. Thought he was fantastic Fantastic? He got better as the game went on and played much better second half(not difficult considering he was abysmal first 15 mins or so) but seriously? Must agree with toonarmy. After Jonas signed a new contract he has been excellent, even his crosses seem to be much better.

Dont forget we have lost the 5 last times we have played home against them, 6 total in Premier League. It is only Man Utd that has a better record against us on our home ground. They are traveling here with alot of confidence after beating Arsenal, also Gamst Pedersen is back for them which will most likely be a positive addition. Salgado is also back, so i hope we put Obertan or Marveux on him tomorrow.
