Absolutely dominant and insane marauding up and down the field like prime Patrick Vieira, then he gets to the edge of the box and he turns into Lee Cattermole - Trippier was such a tonesetter for change when he arrived at the club but I absolutely refuse to believe Murphy wouldn't be better back there. He's more effective at pulling our central midfield out of position than any Man Utd player. Newcastle players refuse to pass to him when he's in acres of space - and fucking understandably too. A proper progress stopper. Throw on a youngster. I can't watch him anymore. - Gordon and Elanga have been good I thought. Barnes looks out of form.

Yeah he should have chased a completely lost cause to appease the fans after four games in 11 days* instead. No one in the side takes responsibility for making things happen like him (with Bruno out, anyway) - and he gets it in the fucking neck for it.
