Citeh are best with the ball, we are vulnerable on the ball. Therefore we're ducked. So onto Saturday. -

Had to check with the BBC that the team wasn't a wind up. Feel cheated and I'm just watching on TV. -
Do they need a manager?

You can see us sneaking a 1-0 on the break, making it Easter before AP gets the chop and a new record for goals not scored in a season. -

Should take him up on the fight offer - his players have no bottle and can't hit a barn door -

No excuses - bad day at the office - determined to fight on -resolute - speculation from media not helping the players -
I'm not racist either and I don't want a Scottish manager either

Took his goal against Shalke well and got a couple of tap ins in the other pre-season games. Jury out, but give him time. Same goes for all the other new players. As Pardew survived the close of last season he'll get until at least Xmas imo. Clear indication last night that Riviere is going to be the main striker for the next few months.

Club trying to drum up interest by leaking the Moscow bid. Only Pardew wants to keep him.
-
Anything near £10m we should sell and re-invest - ideally in Capoue or Grenier but someone who can pass and keep the ball

Was Anita injured?

AP just can't take criticism - and won't be the first coach tbf. Many have tried and failed with HBA, its just a shame for Hatem as give him the ball round the opposition box and he delivers chances. Seems to me that HBA needs to realise that football is a team game based on pass and move and at the RIGHT moment you create a goal by the magic he has.

Just another 30 days of the window to go as we let the reality of actually playing for QPR sink in. Not sure I want him any more - pay Lyon what they want for the pair and I'll be happy.

I would assume the King wanted to sign someone else who is better than 'OK in Ukraine'. He must have no self esteem to still be here.

All of them are horrific. But all of them better than we'll get sadly

Chronicle reckoned Richard's wages were too high for us. Injury prone, expensive and lacking motivation. ....in short, English

We have a B team already and the promise of an A team next season so that's NUFC sorted.

Santon, Marveaux?, Cabella, Ashley's wallet for 7 onwards

Dutch Total Football the Pardew way. Seriously, was a good focal point yesterday.

Most owners are using accountancy rules to get money into clubs ahead of FFP with high levels of sponsorship. MA on the other hand is taking money out through the free advertising to limit his club. The £111m is a red herring as effectively this was in the purchase price, he only got the club for £140m as we owed £111m for the stadium build. Obviously he could have forced the club to borrow commercially to cover this but with no substantive assets the interest would be high. There is an element of MA giving with one hand and taking with the other. What I don't understand is why SD don't pay top dollar as he only owns 70 of SD but all of NUFC. Maybe there are governance issues with SD being listed. -

Don't forget we'll have the full year effect of the wages for the January signings......no wonder we've had some quiet windows since. Secondly it was interesting to note the repeated mention of FFP. I thought under FFP you had to move towards balance year on year. Think we'll be the only club achieving a profit at year zero. Chelsea and Man City should achieve a balance circa 2050 given their starting positions.
