A I'd add viduka to that list. Not sure yet, on wanting Duff and Emre out though. Keep them unless better replacements can be found. Maybe we can use some players as make weights in signings. i.e. Carr and Duff for K. Jones We desperately need at least, 2 CB's, a big man striker in the berbatov type mould and a creative midfielder

Drogba will go abroad imo someone like AC Milan. Joe Cole or Essien i would like ideally like but realize we have almost no chance, can't see chelski getting rid of either. SWP may come and is a quality player.

We do not need a keeper, we have Given, Harper, Krul who are all very good. We should definately look to replace Viduka, Smith and possibly Duff too (depending on Zoggy's probable departure and better replacements being available). Also Sell/let go Car and Cacapa. I'm hoping we could do better than Crouch although he would be an improvement. A Drogba type, tall, strong, quick striker who can hold the ball up well as well as score, like K Jones . If Emre is out (i would have played him instead of Barton) i'd go: Given Beye Taylor Edgar Enrique Milner Faye Barton Zoggy Duff Martins Subs Harper, Geremi, Lua Lua, Owen, Ameobi/Carrol Duff linking the midfield and attack, feeding Martins and getting forward to have a crack himself. Zoggy and Milner giving us width and supplying crosses and hopefully creating oppourtunities for others and themselves. Barton getting forward as and when possible. Faye holding us together in the middle breaking up attacks and getting forward for our set plays. Beye and Enrique getting forward as and when possible. Edgar and Taylor need to strike up a partnership, hopefully with Faye in front of them they won't get too exposed (like we did with Man u). We need another Faye type player for defence!! But he's probably going to be more effective in CM imo Geremi can cover various positions both in defence and midfield. Lua Lua could provide some pace if needs be. Ameobi and Carroll some height if all else fails. Owen to come on if Martins is having a shitter. However i fully expect KK will play some or all of Smith, Butt, Cacapa and Viduka. Who all are poor and offer nothing creatively imo. As he probably won't want to upset them.

Right, you can guarantee it on the back of one reserve match, makes a lot of sense. It depends what the situation with Enrique is, but it doesn't seem good. If its a choice between Car or taking a gamble with Kadar i'd personally take the the gamble. As we kow 100% for sure that Car is shite.

A load of pish of the highest order, especially the bit i highlighted. Which defenders could we attract that could dominate Drogba, Adebayor and be sharper than Ronaldo and Rooney??? ...thinking about it how many defenders in the world could do that? Taylor is a very good young defender who sweats blood for us, in a team which is performing shockingly shite, a defence which is all over the place and under huge pressure and up against the on form well organised, well oilled Man u machine which headed by Rooney Ronaldo etc who look not far off invincible in current form (arguably the best team in the world). John Terry would struggle in place of Taylor! Yes he/we got ripped appart by one of the best players in the world. Boo Hoo!! He is a far better player than some on here think.

Play Martins up top with Duff in just behind in a free role linking attack and midfield. Martins and Duff are both quick, skillful and unpredictable players and should cause most defences problems. Martins owen would be my second choice.

Geremi is a good squad/utility player as he can fill a number of positions. I woulden't have him in my preffered XI (see my sig), but deffinately would on the bench, as he could come on if needed for beye, faye or at a push Milner if needs be. He worth another try as a DM as he covered alot of ground, worked hard and is a better option than Butt and Smith.
