They are alot of managers that we could try and attract but atm i think if Shepherd is thinking about sacking Roeder that would be only with Allardyce. Its hard to tell what he is thinking but i hope that he sees that Roeder is not getting results and that we are playing like crap.That comapred with the fact that Big Sam is free might push Shepherd to act

When you see Roeder what kind of respect he is showing? He is complete mouse and im guessing he is the same in the dressing room. He has no charisma,no strong personality whatsoever I dont think the players are taking him too seriously He just cant inspire any respect from the players. I wouldnt be surpriced if thats true The fact that until now he said that he yelled at the players 2-3 times already during half time matches and still they dont improve shows that the players dont respect Roeder and he dont have any influence on them whatsoever. Im guessing that his success last season was more because of Shearer and his influence on players then to Roeder's ability.

Its normal not to work when the whole team is playing like crap.Under Roeder our team has no style of play,no game plan,no organization whatsoever,nothing.If Roeder is our manager next season(God forbid)Owen-Martins partnership will score goal but mainly because of this 2 players talent and not because of some good team display,team attack or something like this.If we play good passing football with enough creativity in midfield,not with all the long balls and unnecessary long kicks from the whole defence Owen-Martins partnership will work.Maybe not as well if we play Owen and Martins with some tall,strong striker but still they will score goals. We just need some good manager who can teach our players how to play passing football.

I don't think SBR could do the job justice now, he's too old for that job if it's to be done properly as it should involve a lot of travelling and negotiation. I still think Houllier would make an excellent DoF if he wanted it but there is no reason why SBR couldn't be given a job as Club President. That wouldn't involve the day to day hard work associated with a DoF but he would still be at SJP offering advice and his contacts could also be tapped into. Would depend on how the DoF felt about it, but it seems crazy not to use SBR's knowledge and expertise, especially when FFS and SBR now seem to be at peace together again. Aye,you are right about the age,the travelling and negotiation.But after all it all depens on SBR.IF Shepherd offers him the job he might take it.IF he dont then i think Houllier would be good choice as DoF.He has alot of connections too,especially in France.He would make good DoF imo.But if he comes i only hope he comes as DoF,i dont want him as manager.

If we lose the last home game against Blackburn(the chances are high considering the fact that we are playing like crap)the pressure will be even more on Roeder and Shepherd too. I hope that the fat pig realises that he might do it right this time and after the Blackburn game to sack the clown Roeder and to hire real Premiership manager. Now we have a good manager who is available and Shepherd must do everything to get him otherwise we will be the same monkey poo next season

If SBR becomes DoF that would be fantastic for this football club but like someone mentioned he is too old now and there is the question,can he do that job? IMO he can because this job DoF is not as stressing as the managers job.I think SBR is the perfect choice for the DoF position Bring SBR as DoF and Allardyce as manager and this club might start going into the right direction otherwise we will be the same monkey poo with that clueless clown who is managing our team atm

I'm no defender of Roeder but comparing his substitution options with Mourihno's isn't a fair comparison. Look at Chelsea's bench compared to ours. Our bench this season was mainly kids and average squad players not internationals brought in for huge fees. Im not talking about the quality of players,im talking about the subs itself.Mourihno brings 1 striker and 1 RW when he already have 2 strikers and 1 LW on the pitch. When we were losing to AZ 2:0 Roeder made his first sub in the 85min when he put LM on the field Clueless as ever tbf

Roeder is clueless c*** and this season he was alwful with subs.He dont have the balls to take a risk when we are losing,he cant change our tactics when we are losing,he is just clueless Mourihno is another example of how a top manager must act when his team is losing Against Tottenham they were losing 1:3 and after the half time he put on Kalou and SWP.And at the end of the game Chelsea were playing with Drogba,Sheva,Kalou,SWP and Robben.Mourihno took a big gamble but it paid off. Roeder is a mouse who is too afraid to take risks to win games

When i first saw Peter Ramage play for us i predicted that he is going to be one of the shitest players ever to play for us
