It all depends on Shepherd tbh If he realised that Roeder is not the right man and starts searching for possible top class managers then put Roeder back to the academy and bring someone who can really knows what to do Otherwise keep Roeder because we dont need another Souness But i prefere the 1st choice Roeder is clueless and we are not going forward with him We are becoming mediocre team Even the likes of Bolton and Tottenham are ahead of us as clubs

I'd imagine in the Under 18s though players can still tackle. He showed none of those skills last night whether he was LB or not. He has played only 16 senior games in his career and yesterday Roeder played him at LB when he is CB and is right footed What did you expect from him?? To be like Franco Baresi or what?

I don't really think it was down to tactics. It was more about our players inability to keep the ball and string passes together all game. That is Roeder's fault too not myne because im not the manager and im not training these guys every day Roeder is fucking joke
