You try JD?

They're making an absolute killing off this like. This is definitely the type of gear that'll be on ebay for £300 in 20 years though just like the old 90s stuff.
-
Are some of yous not worried about looking like Jimmy Saville in the full tracksuit?
-
Got the hoodie there. Big Joe wearing it too.
-
I got the discount code sent to my email there now so check to see if yous did too.

Will they be on the adidas website too you reckon?
The Man Utd stuff is on there so I'd imagine so.
-
Didn't even know other clubs had the same range. 80 odd quid plus the discount isn't too bad.
-
I really hope they haven't put a daft price on this stuff. I really want that hoodie but dunno if I'm willing to pay £100+ for it.
-
I thought the discount was just linked to your account when you logged in. Are they sending a code out? Great, haven't got it yet.
-
I better get that hoodie this morning.

That's a pisstake surely
That can't be genuine.
It is. It was talked about on here when she got the gig and someone shared her Twitter.

Great draw tbh. A home tie to knock out one of the tricky teams. We'll win that.

Not getting rid of any of the bigger clubs this round anyway.

Signed last summer for £3m. I wish we did more of that.We did to be fair with Minteh. It definitely looks like a strategy we'll continue to use.

Has Tyneside Life made his way to London yet to tell us "The shocking truth behind Plough Lane"?
-
There's a reason why Amanda said we'll win the PL and the CL. The ambitions are there. It PIF had those ambitions for us I'd be shocked to hear that they've decided to just keep us ticking along midtable now instead. What would be the reason for it? The sums needed to make us one of the top clubs is chump change to these guys. Yes the rules make it a longer process but we'll still get there.
-
Is there any evidence at all for these concerns yous are having? Man Utd are a different animal altogether than us so its probably harder for them to keep a lid on their stadium development, or maybe they're happy to be a bit more vocal about whats going on but there's nothing to suggest our lot aren't being as active behind the scenes in developing SJP. It has to be said too that Man Utd are essentially building an entire new part of Manchester as well as a stadium so its a much larger project, we might be staying where we are with a redevelopment. As I said before in my last post I don't see any evidence at all that PIF have cooled their interest in us. The only concern I have right now is the state of performances on the pitch and the rumours of a fractured relationship between Howe and his bosses.

Now the next question is will there be any TV coverage for this? it seems that it falls on the same time as champions league and championship games.
Sky don't show the European games so I'd imagine they'll pick it up.

One of the most mackem things ever happened to me yesterday.
It was my birthday yesterday and I put a post on FB to thank all my friends for their wishes etc. Then I wrote that I was on the way to Munich as I am going to visit the Oktoberfest today.
A mackem mate of mine responded with "Look at me, I'm off to Munich for my birthday... Pathetic"
They actually do that in real life and not just on RTG....
Been at it a few times man it's absolutely unreal, enjoy!

What more do you want them to do? We've signed loads of third party sponsorships since they arrived, we've spent pretty much all we could spend in the transfer windows, they've invested tons of money into the current training ground bringing it up to a decent standard and they've spent tons on SJP while a feasibility study is being carried out to determine what to do with it long term.
This summer alone at SJP we've seen the new Newcastle United sign, a new club shop being constructed and a new Stack fanzone opened, all off the back of the interior getting a facelift previously and whatever other big changes they've made to it. What more can they do with it when a redeveloped SJP or new stadium is their long term solution? The training ground will come as well but these things take ages to sort out, they're not going to update us on the club website with every step but in the meantime, like SJP, they've spent a shit load in improving what's currently there.
I think a bad transfer window has really spooked people but PIF don't control that, they've hired others to do it and we haven't exactly had stability there with Amanda leaving and Mitchell only just coming in, but with the Guehi deal we know the money was still there anyway.
People need to chill out with PIF, they aren't going anywhere and the ambitions will still be the same as day one.

You know, you don’t actually need a completed feasibility study to state your intentions.
I think them doing the study is a signal of their intentions anyway though, they're going to do something. I think the reason for them not being so open about whats going on is because before this study is completed and looked at they don't know if the plans will be a new SJP or a new stadium somewhere else.

Fully expect the team to put in a much better performance because its City but I'll be thoroughly disappointed if they do and then put in another poor showing against Everton.
-
-
Honestly I dont care who plays as long as we get a good performance and result. Winning the game is all that matters of course but another poor performance will just increase the frustration among the fans. We're playing bloody Wimbledon, if we can't show up for this then Man City is going to be fucking wild.
