I think that Taylor is a good defender and will only get better and better and more consistent with some better players around him and some good coaching. Even if he has done some mistakes through the season i think that he's been one of our better players this season. Im glad that we have him here and specially as he's comitted and loyal to this club and loves playing and giving 100% I would not imagine it being easy for him to perform and being consistent this season with some of the shit around him. Im optimistic about his future and i believe he will be big part of this clubs future. He's young and willing to learn. And with better players around him he will develope as a player even further. How could it be that easy for a young player like him perform game after game under big pressure and in a team without confidence during most of the season. Of course he sometimes wants it too much and makes harsh decicions and give away stupid freekicks. But he will learn from that and grow both in quality and experience wise... he has great potential IMO and im confident he will show that in the future..

I might be wrong but from what i remember shearer looks like ronan keating. And is it just me who think that Nobby Solano looks more like a tabletennis player than a footballplayer?

My friend is a big Man City fan and he says that Distin has been playing Really well this season. I cant comment on that as i haven't seen him that much this season, but what i have seen of him he has been playing well.. As he's on a free i would not mind him here with Ben Haim also on a free.. That would give us some money over for other positions

I dont think he and martins can play well together..If we get £11m for him and he doesn't want to be here then sell him and go for Viduka on a free. That means we have about £11m extra to strengthen the squad with. Owens contract ends up in two years. Later we wont get as much money im afraid of, and Owen can only play at his best in one kind of formation imo, and thats 442. He is not the future of this club so why build the team around him? He surely doesn't seem to bother going out officially and reject the rumours and commit to NUFC. Which means he does not want to stay. Would like a comitted MO in our team. But that's not gonna be the case i believe..

Why would he go to Spurs? He wouldn't but I'd still love to see him playing alongside Berbatov. Even if Levy did stump up the money and MO was happy to move to London, not much chance of fitting Owen into our wages structure! :'( Owen and Berbatov "could" be the best partnership in europe imo...Depending on MO future form Too similar for my liking. Need one of them to drop deep or go wide and give let the other do the poaching, and neither of those players are good at doing one or the other of those. MO and Berbatov too similar? Are you kidding me or have i missed something? Positionally, which is the most important aspect of a partnership. No different to having Van Nistelrooy and Berbatov in the same team. Except that MO is quicker (not as quick as before) MO is great at picking up the space between the backfour and the goalkeeper. And Berbatov could be the genius link to him just in front of the backfour. If it's ever going to happen that those two played together i would easily make a big bet that they would be successful.
