I know, I was just being boring. Hopefully we can move fast though. Don’t feel like waiting for too long

So much for moving fast Eddie..

Get some more technical ability in our team and focus on improving our control in possession and we can become a similar team to PSG. They play my kind of football, intense, pressing, transitions as well as being able to control games when needed. I don’t think you can make it to the top without a very very high ceiling of technical ability, especially not consistently.

Arteta gutted that his father’s team won it.
-
They look so tired. Not even sponsored by Pirelli anymore.

Willock comes on.
-
Most games then.

Don’t think I’ve ever seen a game with Lautaro Martinez where he hasn’t been invisible most of the game.
-
Don’t think they’ll sell him for 30m.
-
A player like him will never have us challenging for the top. Which is what we are and should be aiming towards. Would be a waste of money imo.
-
Don’t make me puke at the thought of it.

Fair point. Still would like to get two CM’s in (two out). Would make a massive difference without costing a bomb. Provided that we can get Willock and Longstaff sold.
-
Speaking of signing another CM or two. I’ve not checked but it feels like Joelinton has missed about 30% of the last couple of years Premier League games. I’m not sure how reliable he’ll be fitness wise going forward either. If we don’t sign a keeper I’d like to see us getting rid of Willock and Longstaff and sign a real quality CM as well as a younger cheaper one like Matheus Fernandes. This would give us genuine quality and good depth in midfield. I know it’s unlikely that all this happens but yeah, ideally what I’d like to see personally.
-
I’m the same. Unless we can get a keeper of Pope’s quality but with better feet then we shouldn’t spend money on a keeper at all. Id be fine with not signing a keeper as long as we get another quality CM in. It’s vital! Both ideally but..

That was earlier though. When he used to get more regular minutes before. Entirely different

What’s your point? Pretty obvious that he’s better than the normal pub goers. I’ve seen him play in the cups against lower league sides and he has looked below their level. When he doesn’t play regularly he just doesn’t look right mentally or physically the few minutes he plays. Also not good enough to play regularly anymore. Therefore I see no point in keeping him. Sell and invest in someone else.
-
When Longstaff doesn’t play regularly and only in the lesser cup games he looks like a pub player. He’s just not good enough anymore. Like him though.

Must of went there because of the wood they were given.

I reckon that it will take quite long for us. Not sure who the first one will be.

Would rather listen to my neighbours than the likes of Hope and Edwards making shit up.

More like sauces when he cooked.

"I find it very difficult, if not impossible, for him to sign for Barça for sentimental reasons." ▪ "Newcastle is the best positioned right now." Joan García is moving away from Barça and closer to the Premier League. 🎙 Information from

Personally I would prefer Kudus to Mbeumo. I think his playing style would make us more versatile and unpredictable. Better in general play. Would offer us something different.
-
There’s definitely a chance he goes to Barca or somewhere else. In this case it’s just not quite as obvious of a choice going there.
-
He’s good at some things and I wouldn’t have minded him here. Having said that, I’m not really bothered about him. Looks relatively limited as a player. Still young, mind. Biggest reason is the price and the difficulty/lack of options out there.
