Both Ramsey and Willock fall into the category of "nearly a good player" for me. We seem to have quite a few of those.

Think that's just the way Howe rolls tbh. Shades of Bournemouth back in the days he was there. It's great to watch if you are good enough to actually create and score goals, but it means you get picked off like dopes if you aren't.

We are all over the shop. If we are missing chances, the opposition are missing just as many. Nine goals conceded in a week.

He put a great shift in off the ball, as he usually does tbf. But he does keep giving the ball away even on those occasions he's worked hard to get it in the first place.

Recruitment this summer was disastrous. You don't win games with bad players no matter how good the coaching.

He's always a great speaker tbh. But what's out there on the pitch doesn't translate as well.

Sounds terribly ruthless, but we do need a bit less sentiment if we want to stay ahead of the game.

The good thing is, he seems to play mostly in midfield, and it looks like he's got better touch and control than most of our midfielders.

Jose would be a terrible mistake. He'd be following a fan favourite and probably a popular manager in the dressing room. He'd be on a hiding to nothing even before he stepped through the door.

He was getting decent supply last season, they had Mbuemo as well. That's not to say he's looked a good player here, he's looked terrible so far. But the football we are playing behind him has been woeful, the ball doesn't get that far up the pitch most times.

I really did think today would give us a chance to show our stuff since we weren't playing a top tier team who would just outplay us. But they actually played slicker football. I'm sure they don't have better footballers so it has got to be the way we are setting up.

I think he might get another season just on the back of his relatively successful time here. Give him a chance to right the wrongs. He has to be kept away from recruitment though.

He's got good feet but there was a point where he was absolutely flattened when he went up in the air for a ball on the centre circle. I think it took him maybe a minute and a half to pick himself up he looked like he needed a chair tbh.

We've been shite most of the season. I don't know how anyone could argue otherwise.

We'll still need to find some way to get the ball that far up the pitch.

'fraid that's on Howe tbh. I like Tripps but he can't cope with the pace of the PL any more. He was lucky he didn't concede the pen as well.

Can't even complain about the result, we needed two set pieces to get anywhere near the goal.

It was cleared off the line. Not sure why he's getting the flak when the ball isn't even getting to him. The midfield and width has been shit.

Don't think we can really blame him for this, the ball isn't even reaching him.

He knows it as well. If he'd protested instead of bottling it might have got overturned.

He's such a loser, he should have been protesting like he was Roy Keane.

Can't really complain, Dango has been pulling us all over the place.

Glad to get the lead because they've been the better team so far.
