I never saw Isak as a winger at any time tbh. From the first game where he scored two absolute scorchers against Liverpool, I only saw a striker. Yes he could pull wide effectively, but he never really looked like a winger.

Both came in for massive criticism, and they had their flaws, but they were pretty comfortably the best players we had at the time, and that's how we got big money for them. The market usually trumps opinions.

This. His poor first touch has been a real concern for me, but that is probably linked to nerves. My main concern now is if he's actually up to performing on a stage as big as this. Some players are better suited to small clubs. I've seen enough in his game to suggest he's capable of a lot more than we've seen so far.
