I'm with you on this. I don't think we've signed very many untalented players in recent times tbh. We just simply haven't utilized them correctly or trained them right. It's not like I think he's completely blameless, and I could deal with him leaving in a "clear out" scenario, I just think it's a bit desperate going for the Chief Scout, given we have very little transparency into what his work (and level of influence) actually looks like. Mike Ashley is the man to blame, lets maybe concentrate on that? And by concentrate, I'm meaning for longer than twenty minutes when were losing?
