Please be innocent Loic! Even though he's only played only a couple of times, he has made such a difference to the balance of the team as well as the way we play. The opposition have to double up on a player on Remy because he is skillful and that gives the likes of Ben Arfa more space to work. If he's found innocent and we don't sign him permanently, it would be a massive loss on our part (fuck you JFK and your ramblings).

He's going to take that as an insult like.

I'll be honest, I'm slightly worried about him. He hasn't really done anything so far this season, he still looks isolated up top on his own despite the introduction of Remy (and the continuing presence of Ben Arfa) to support him and he's been pretty much bullied by the opposition defenders in each of the games he's started. His confidence is shot but he's still pretty our only proven goalscorer in the team (even if he doesn't look like it atm). For his sake and ours I hope he finds the net soon otherwise we'll be counting on Ben Arfa specials week in, week out (whilst not necessarily a bad thing, we need our striker to do his job and score goals).

Credit where credit is due so well done to Pardew for setting us up correctly yesterday. Still has a lot to do before he can win back people's trust mind.

It was "Don't take me home, please don't take me home! I just don't wanna go to work! I wanna stay here and drink all your beer. Please don't, please don't take me home!" I agreed with the sentiment like. One of the best away days I've had in ages.

He's playing in the exact position he should be playing. Not a surprise that we're reaping benefits from such a move. So aye, this is what happens when you use a player in the correct position.

I've only just realised that Chelsea have signed Eto'o

I'm hoping the ticket will be there waiting for me when I wake up tomorrow...
-
Where England should have been ranked since 2008 really.
-
Yes, very. Time to write a very angry letter to the Box Office then.
-
My ticket hasn't arrived yet, should I be concerned?
-
You've jinxed it now.
-
To that, I say well done Joey. That surely would have got a fair few cheers from the crowd.
-
I've got a ticket for the restricted view seats which is not necessarily a bad thing (probably).

Just say what you think Roy...we're all thinking the same thing.

I actually do have a hint of sympathy for Carroll there like, got to the point in June where I would not have minded his return. His lifestyle though has to be a contributing factor so in a way he's brought this onto himself...

The policing needs to be spot on like. A few boozed up kids and things will get ugly.

It does highlight the celebrity culture we live in today mind - scary stuff really. I don't think it does - I mean look at how mental it was when The Beatles toured. A valid point, still though the amount of attention the likes of Bieber and One Direction get is ridiculous.

Well done Gabby, you've done society a favour.

I sincerely hope Di Canio remembers on the night that the game is all for a charitable cause and that such occasion is not one to satisfy his ego/wind up Newcastle fans. One question is whether Harper is actually fine with Di Canio's selection...couldn't he have vetoed it? The spotlight should be on Harper and the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation, not that c*** Di Canio.

The Moldovan keeper man. Funniest thing I've seen in ages.
