Performance was OK - maybe quite good - we held a very good side at home, but can anyone remember Petr Cech being tested or equally significantly them testing Harper ? No on both.

Dyer did play well when he first returned from injury, now he's just like most of the other players and isn't normally motivated. None of our players show any hunger unless they think they are playing one of the better teams.

I wouldn't blame Roeder for one player lacking motivation, that would probably be down to the player. The team lacking motivation on a regular basis is down to the manager, it's his job to manage his players and he's simply not up to the task.

That is very likely as the Roeder effect will be hidden by the players motivating themselves, this type of form is the sign of a piss poor manager.
