Looking on the bright side, Carver can't get the job after this.
-
That change is shocking, Dummett has been shit but we're behind at home and have just used our last sub, moronic.
-
Gouffran is fatally pointless, Rivierre would make more sense.
-
Alnwick would have stopped that.
-
It's pathetic, it's as if they were tying to get him the job.
-
For me it was probably when we first came up and spanked Villa and the mackems, I had hope for the future and it wasn't allowed to last long.
-
If he gets it he should spend his first day in the job bringing out a new law which prevents fat bastard sports retailers from owing football clubs.
-
You predicted that a couple of months ago and are actually pointing it out to people?
-
Hes obviosuly not getting the job FFS where is this s*** coming from. He even said they have not really spoke to him about it. I agree mainly but wouldn't it just be typical of us to appoint him, even just until the summer when we have the 2 weeks to come to terms with it.
-
That would probably of been me... You did really well, I loved the way you wouldn't let them dictate to you what you talked about.
-
Carver didn't need Pardew to learn from regarding his personality, the prick threw a chair at Bellamy, he's unstable.

This comment is shite: James M • 13 hours ago What a pathetic article from Luke Edwards sanctioned by the Telegraph ?!!! Full of contradictions and clearly a piece that is full of sour grapes !! Reading the article you would not believe it was written by a broadsheet journalist rather than a tawdry red top rag hack. Just for the record and for those that might not know Luke Edwards is banned from St James Park and quite rightly so. I do not believe that "most" Newcastle fans wanted Pardew out, there were NOT thousands of Pardew out banners or leaflets on display (although someone did go to the lengths and cost of printing 1000's of those leaflets) lol ?! Most sensible level headed people could see that Pardew was employed in a coaching capacity and had no say in how the club was run he simply had to accept his lot at NUFC. Ashley runs the club similar to how he operates his businesses, everything has a price and everything is for sale. The yearly transfer budget does not compare to other clubs in terms of budget to income ratio. The marketing income does not compare to other clubs with the same general turnover due to Ashley hijacking SJP and using it as a billboard for all his other businesses particularly Sports bloody Direct !! So for the avoidance of doubt, Pardew had his hands firmly tied behind his back

A camshaft and 5 pistons.

He's got as big an ego as Pardew and loves dropping names in at every chance, I can't stand him.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/newcastle-united/11338304/Arsenal-transfer-news-Moussa-Sissoko-admits-he-wants-to-leave-Newcastle-and-join-Gunners-a-bigger-club.html That article implies they are new quotes. What he's being quoted as saying appears to be the same as a few weeks ago being recycled. It could be as accurate as Garde playing for Carlisle, at least as far as being new.
-
Are these quotes even new quotes or are they the same ones that came out a few weeks ago?

I have a bigger problem that the club is in the state that it's in, players possible wanting to move on to win things is a symptom of that.
-
It's not worth bothering about, the only way to really avoid it is to get shite players who nobody else wants because we're not going to match the players ambitions.
-
It's the reality of our situation, players are not going to win anything here and will want to move on and try to win things if they are good enough.
-
I don't know why this bothers people.
-
I take it that he hasn't had a positive impact so far, does that sound about right?
-
We've been the better side by miles but haven't taken our chances and fell asleep for the goal. I've enjoyed watching us and that's different.
-
It's a sample of the ones you think are useless, ambitionless b******s. They are a sample of the fans who went to virtually every game home and away for decades and a sample of people who I have never seen or heard ask Pardew for a wave.
-
Why the I've never had a problem with them, at least not once I got over the accent.
