TBH i think he would be accomadated in the team anyway providing the ammo for both of them .
-
What a lovely message to put on the site ,sounds like he is well chuffed being at a club that loves and wants him
-
I said previously in the thread last week that the Sunderland game was made for him and he will forever be a legend in my eyes up there with the best of them
-
Best game for the Toon by a long shot slowly but surely looking like he belongs in the shirt ,clearly enjoying his football and as long as he can keep his temper at bay during our bad patches that will come along .He is a clever ,intelligent lad who is repaying the majoritys faith in him

Free-kick for the handball. Clattenburg couldn't give the handball, the time had long gone for that and the lineo had clearly bottled it. It shows that even under a decent ref the most horrendous decisions can be made, and if by some outside chance Martin Atkinson reads what I just said and interprets it as some sort of defence of him - just f*ck off you incompetent c*nt. A retired ref with some balls would have said bad decision i will do the right thing ,but 2 ofr them couldnt see the hand ball and played advantage ffs and Gomes

Woke up a bundle of nerves will send kids to freinds house till wife gets back from work and im off down Jesmond
-
Same here this game is made for him ,imho he knows whats at stake for his boss and the fans
-
penalties was in the league cup. oops silly me i try to forget
-
I remember loads of derbys in the 70's and 80's but the 1 that stands out was O'Brien freekick and vague memory at Joker park me and a mate standing behind 2 Norwegians who applauded when Sunderland scored and the both got twatted and went away crying ,the play off semifinal loss on penaltys was a heart breaker but the best of all New years day @ SJP so good we had a song for it

If im not mistaken was it Graham Courtney who said he had heard rumours about Hughton job being touted around in media circles and thats where all this take has come from
-
Cronky spot on with Houhton contract talks in limbo and all the rumours about his imminent demise maybe Clarke has thought stuff it give me a guarantee Hughton is secure and i will come but then again with our wage structure they may of offered him buttons.
-
Well that's me convinced. Could have give him some sort of tattoo or something to make him feel different and gifted
-
This bit at the end of the article made me "Ferguson is likely to name Rooney as his lone attacker against Arsenal, with the in-form England striker supported by Antonio Valencia and Ryan Giggs. Vidic replaces the suspended Rio Ferdinand" He has been s*** since the World cup
-
Very brave team formation against the Hammers ,away from home normally one up front and Nolan behind so full marks for that
-
See where your coming from but he was never brought in to do passes like that he is just a great grafter and intelligent on the ball who doesnt panic under pressure.
-
Great goal by Nolan got us back into the game but tbh second half well off the pace ,Simpson had a hard first game back and struggled imho but rather him then Perch.
-
Think he would be a good right back but as an attacking fullback crossing maybe a problem imho but we would have a tight back four and maybe he may be happy to play there hopefully .
-
I think the latter both sides come out bad in this and Rooney should keep his mouth shut but then again thick scouser
-
.Still cannot understand him still walking the streets tbh an accident waiting to happen how long till an innocent person is killed ,ban the idiot from driving and the next time he's picked up lock him up for 3 years but i forgot he will use the " i'm A celebrity get me out of here " card like George Michael .
-
I would love to be optimistic about this but can only see us losing the only thing in our favour is our better away form being better than expected .Perch at right back when he should be left back in the changing room and if Nolan is back in god help us
-
Too many storys involving him now ffs do we really need this after Barton bringing the club down a while ago
-
Thought it was Boy George for a minute In all seriousness tbh hitting a woman in any circumstances is totally wrong and unforgivable unless you are being attacked yourself and in self defence fair enough ,this lad has a rap sheet as long as Bartons but not the same level of violence so would you say lets give him another chance or get rid ,all Bartons problems by the look of things have been drink related by all accounts so he gave up the drink and has been a good boy and well done to him and imho Carroll is doing the same thing and @ his age it will be harder too stay on the straight and narrow so in my opinion stay off the Drink for starters but by all accounts his temper causes trouble too so he needs experts to sort his life out . Jesus, punctuate man. Far as I know, which isn't too far, it doesn't seem to be a drink thing with Carroll, not least seeing as he had his run-ins with Taylor and N'Zogbia at the training ground. Actually, the Taylor thing seemed to push him on last season so given how things have been going, maybe he's done this for the good of the club... You say "punctuate man" and come up with a statement "maybe he's done this for the good of the club" is that sarcasm or just a stupid comment please elaborate Run with your sarcasm idea. Maybe surrealism. Yours was a 147 word sentence I just had loads to say and found it easier to irritate people by the lack of punctuation
