No we don't. Shay, Taylor, Parker, Owen - not exactly Cech, Terry, Essien and Drogba I know but name a spine as good as or significantly better outside of the top four and you'd struggle. We all know Shay is one of the best, on his day thee best, Taylor has massive potential, forget his silly moments, his performance against Drogba recently is his real level if he works hard, is coached right and has the right attitude. Parker has had a poor season but if managed right, i.e. not told to be something he isn't - our Steven Gerrard, he can be a more than effective player in there for us and Owen, well he's a world class goalscorer when fit and on form. I think the likes of Parker and Taylor will benefit the most from SA. I think even the likes of Ramage will, because unlike under Roeder and Souness, they'll be well drilled, organised and disciplined and above all else - coached correctly. You look at some of the dross Bolton select and yet you don't see them making elementary mistakes too often, which is why a player like Haim can be plucked from nowhere then a season or so later, be wanted by Chelsea. Same with that Jiadi bloke (spelling?) Good point and that Faye bloke looked decent, I think SA could do a decent job here but some people will right him off straight away because of the way Bolton played football which imo is a bit of a myth. I think SA has proved in recent season that he can handle troubled players (Anelka,Diouf).

Not only that but SA has got the best out of what he has and at times ive seen them play quality stuff, With more money and better players he could do a lot better.

Don't be daft. Nowt daft about it. He's prove quality at every level. Good in the transfer market. Good at bringing kids through. Good at getting teams to perform above themselves. He knows how to build a squad of players that'll let him use a range of tactics.... no more one route football. There was talk of him going to Fulham next season. If he'd go to Fulham he'd come to Newcastle, surely. Ranieri all the way. Tbf he did set the foundations at Chelsea for Mourinho, He got the likes of Lampard and Makelele in and didnt he bring Terry up through the ranks but i'd still prefer other candidates, I just dont feel he'd be a success here

I think you read too much into the media driven mini-typhoon around Beckham. But for a couple of bits of bad luck ie Owen's injury I think we could have made the final. Owen and Rooney injury, Rooney didnt look fully fit. True. Tbh there are only 2 better managers in the PL compared to Sven. Nah imo the top 4 are better. Tbf to Sven i do feel sorry for him a bit because the media built up England so much unless Sven won the the WC he was a failure and in both Euro 2004 and WC England have been knock out in Pen shoot outs

Watching this game i think it shows how far Arsenal have fallen from the top 2 and with Liverpool being bought i can see them pulling away from Arsenal aswell
