I fucking hate Cahill with passion but no-one can say he aint a good player. IMHO a player like Cahill is a player we need.

Not sure it would work because Emre would always fall back, Martins cant play up front on his own. 4-4-2 i believe is the best formation. Create a bit of width and if the wingers cross in quality balls we will score. We still need more attacking players, Someone like Ashton who can hold the ball up and work the defence.

I always think people are stupid for wishing injury on a player but I must admit when he went down I was hoping that would be the last we would see of him before he is sold or exchanged for something more usual like boot polish! TBH what were people expecting FS to say? IMO FS should just keep his mouth shut and concentrate on doing his job, I didnt see the interview but i can guess what was said. What worries me is the fact that we are losing money but FS is promising funding in Jan, What he should of done is keep his mouth shut and review things late December and then decide how much can be made available. I get the feeling FS is coming out and saying "I've always back my managers and there will be money available etc etc" just to take some heat off him, Atm FS main concern shouldnt be his image to the fans but Newcastle future.

I think atm we need Big Sam, We need somebody who'll change everything and start off doing the basics first. Big Sam would get all our players fit and organise the team so they know what they are doing, It wouldnt be pretty but it would work. Big Sam has done wonders with the small budget he has had and he does know a bargin when he sees one. I very much doubt he'd come here now anyway. Sven is a decent club manager but i cant see him being the man to lead us out of the shit we are in.
