Ever time i've seen them there passing as been woeful, they struggle to string 4 or 5 passes together.
-
following on from Duff getting the winner when we went to Fulham i have a horrible feeling Martins will come back to haunt us.
-
30k?? i would have said it would hold 50k, its looks a very good big stadium.
-
we'll play alot worse than that this season and get beat. Dominated the game and basically bossed the 2nd half, sadly we were just lacking in the final 3rd.
-
aye but to be fair, we could send out Kuqi on the pitch with his legs tied together and he'll be more useful than Xisco.

the original is canny (if only cos it's gary oldman and benny from grange hill), the remake is hilarious. green street is great for all the wrong reasons. speaking of football hooligan films, Football Factory is on film4 now. Not as good as the book mind.

This "legends" thing - I've no idea what it is. I presume it's a radio show, but the only radio show i ever remember listening to when I lived up there was Night Owls with Alan Robson, so I assume it wasn't around then, I take it the premise is that a "legend" of each club represents said club in an on-air discussion which makes Darren Gough and Adrian Durham on Tawk Spawt sound like Frost / Nixon. Is this correct? If so, who is this Micky Horseshit character, and under which criteria does he qualify as a "legend"? Oh, hang on, the only other Legends thing I can remember about the north east was a bar down by Monument Metro, but that was the late 80s, so I assume it is nothing to do with that. Yeah Brummie, nightly radio phone in for North East football, hosted by Supermac, Micky Horswill for the mackems, apparently ran around in the 70's kicking people and was in their team who won the cup in 73 and Bernie Slaven who represents the Boro and hates NUFC with a passion.

Think so. Cannot wait. Got a bus booked out, 15 of us going down we haven't got the whole stand, presuming its the top tier and half the bottom.
-
i'm more concerned of him getting tapped up by the likes of Drogba, Kalou, Eboue or the Toure's.
-
well don't sing it fast!! lol
-
well Man U did pinch him off Barca originally, saw him when he must've been 17 playing for Man U reserves at Kingston Park, he was coming through with Evans, i don't think Man U wanted to sell but i'm guessing Pique was wanting regular football and knew Barca wanted him back. He was crap in that game for the reserves iirc, think Chopra tore him apart!!

in the summer i'd offer them £6m and Best.

If you look at his stats from Zaragoza and Dortmund, he can't be that bad. And no way he's worse than Loven and Ranger anyway. Dortmund was 8 years ago tbf, he's going off watching him recently and live not on youtube clips.
-
i was talking to my mate who moved to Brazil last year about Ewerthon and his reply was hope we don't sign him he's crap.
-
i was at a talk in with him on Thursday night and he said it then.
-
he's sending over 4 players from his team for us to take a look at.
-
what a clearance by Evatt
-
he was absolutley awesome today. Never mind letting Coloccini shag my wife the way i've drunkenly bounced back into the house i think i'll let Tiote shag me!!!
-
today has got to be the best bearing in mind who we were playing.....
-
If Haris gets himself fit, even though they are both kids we could find that our best option while Shola is out is put Haris and Ranger upfront. They have played together plenty of times and have a good understanding at reserve level. You'd need a manager with balls to throw an 18 and 19 year old upfront together though.
-
fully expect him to be sitting out another 2 games due to suspension by March.
-
its the same with every club though not just NUFC, if something happens at Sunderland the press will go to Mcfadden for a soundbyte. if something happened at Boro they would go to Rob Nicholls from FMTTM and so on.
-
Alarm bells ring are you listening?? a relegation dogfight in sight Best and Ranger are shite walking in a pardew wonderland
-
To be fair to Steve, even though he's on TV quite often i think he speaks on his behalf and gives his own opinion on whatever has happened and doesn't claim to be speaking on behalf on NUFC fans in general.
