  1. As things stand, Agbonlahor is just allowing the media to fill in the blanks, which is fucking irresponsible. Says that he doesn't want to make a complaint because Joey's had enough bad press, when in turn allowing the rags to fabricate all the bad press they want. Cheers. Fair bet that not one journo has actually asked on the record - 'Yes or no, did JB say anything of a racial nature?'. It's all responses to a more open-ended question, like 'do you have anything to say about the incident with JB'.... reply = 'It's in the past, yadda yadda'....TWAT! Infuriated about this. I say boo the fuck out of him every touch at Villa Park.
  2. Sorry, Gaby, but if Joey said anything racially derogative to you, I think you have a duty to yourself and everyone else who has ever sufferred racist abuse to report it and take all possible action. But he didn't, did he? You wanker. Makes a mockery of people who have experienced and struggled against racism throughout their lives.

  4. Modric even with Guthrie ?? Coloccini even with Woodgate? Bentley even with Jonas(did you see his goal the other night!?)? Doesn't see pretty f---ing even to me - small bet on who will finish higher at season's end...? I don't think he's saying that Guthrie is better than Modric. He's saying we've go some class players, and so do they. Teams are evenly matched somewhat, and I agree with him. Given >>> Gomes Beye = Hutton Colocinni < Woodgate Taylor < Corluka Enrique = Exotto Jonas > Bentley Barton > Jenas Guthrie < Modric Duff = Bale Martins > Bent Owen >> Pavalyuchenckco TBH.
  5. Or even just til the end of the season (as with Boro). Don't see why they don't just appoint him and let the new owners shoulder the cost of removing him as and when.
  6. Fuck knows why it's taken so long to identify it as requiring surgery. Ridiculous levels of incompetence. Not that it matters a jot...!
  7. Could you be a bit more vague, please?
  8. I posted it for entertainment purposes only! Like Andy said, no-one knows, not the media, not the ITKs, but most unfortunately, certainly not the fans. And I doubt we ever will.
  9. Our old mate Micksta is in over on F365 micksta wrote on Tue, 02 September 2008 20:07 I really think that Lliambas story is not far from the truth. As sky are reporting, KK did tell friends he had been sacked. The club have been convincing him to stay all afternoon. IT seems KK is deffo considering his future. Toon bid £5m for Lennon and Warnock as KK was promised them when selling Milner. Both Spurs and Blackburn quoted £6m for each of them. For some inexplicably reason the board were not prepared to go to £6m for each player. Basically all this sh*t has been caused by £2million worth of bottling. Xisco looks like it is a Vetere signing. Coloccini will have been asked about him and has obviously said he is worth pursuing. The fact he has cost nearly £6m that could have been used elsewhere to purchase Lennon and Warnock has enraged KK. The discussions yesterday and today escalated in to massive problems between Lliambas and KK, I have heard that Mike Ashley was not present for large parts of these meetings. Not from my mates mate in the Contracts department, but from someone else within the club.
  10. If anything, reading that Daily Mail article has calmed me down. Stinks of horse-shit.
  11. In a world where Milner is worth £12m, then yes.
  12. Fair play to him, clearly gone to the club where he has best chance getting in the starting XI.
  13. i don't think Milner's done anything wrong in trying to get more money, and I don't think we've done anything wrong in deciding we'd rather have £10m to buy someone better. well, he's spat his dummy out hasn't he, for someone saying he's loyal, then he's the least committed player in the squad for saying he wants to leave over a payrise i haven't seen michael owen hand in a transfer request over his contract Totally different situation - Owen's sitting on the final year of his contract and can talk to other clubs in Jan - he holds all the cards on that one. Milner is one year into a four year deal, so the club kind of have him over a barrel. It's the same concept though - pay me £X, or I'm off.
  14. Probably annoyed that it made it look like Milner had handed in the request with 5 days to go in the window, rather than with two weeks to go.
  15. Let's face it, James Milner can't cross his legs, never mind a football.
  16. The money thing is clearly an issue, and it could be said that Milner is the unfortunate one that we are deciding to make an example of. Taylor's contract wranglings were partly to do with Charlie and Milner being on better terms whilst being of similar stature at the club (young player, first team regular, U21 international). Taylor gets the deal he wants, so Milner wants more, because he feels is of the same stature at the club, etc, etc...... The vicous circle would continue on and on unless the board dig their heels in, which they seemingly have done with Milner.
  17. Being fucked around by the club in the past doesn't wash as justification for wanting to leave, to be honest. He's had several windows to kick up a stink. AND, in terms of ownership / board / management, it's a different club now. He's had his head turned by talk of Liverpool, IMO.
  18. really??? 27? Born 25 October 1981. 26 then
  19. I honestly think that KK / the board are in complete control of this situation. Firmly believe this has been going on for 1 month+. Milner makes noises about new contract - board says nothing doing, so he makes it clear he wants to leave (without putting a request in) KK bigs him up in the media, CONSTANTLY, for two - three weeks. 'Last player we want to sell', etc. Milner's stance stays the same. Management leave it until now to give him an ultimatum i.e. you must hand in a transfer request and waive your loyalty bonus. KK comments in media, 'time running out, not sure if we'll get anyone in, etc' - just further mutterings to bump up the price. Even if we can't get a replacement in, evrything is in place to ensure silly money, IMHO.
  20. I agree with the principle, but who thought we'd get Duff for £5m at the time? Chelsea don't need the cash, and if Cole did want to leave...
  21. Despite the fact that he's a little bitch bell-end, if Joe Cole's going anywhere for £10m we should be in for him.
