There's gaps in our midfield that makes me think Nolan is playing! One plus point, if we get the next goal they'll brick it.

This collo experiment hasn't worked for me. If Pards has been watching the same game as I have then he needs to take Saylor off (agree with earlier post which said his introduction unsettles the defence), move colo back to where he should be and bring Raylor in and move Barton in to the middle so he can influence the game more. Hate the thougt of giving these c**ts 3pts to help them stay up!

I'm not expecting Pards to give away his tactical masterplan that he's been hatching to tear wolves apart (like we did with stoke!..ahem!) but what are the bets that if Guthrie is starting he'll be played on the right and not in the middle?!!!

Twas April 30th 1988. Playing Oxford Utd at home. Won 3-1. Can't remember much about the actual game itself but we won which all that mattered to this 10yr old! Don't remember who scored but checking the stats it was Lormor, O'Neill and Goddard. Remember getting some autographs from the players as the got out their cars (with sponsorship details emblazoned on the sides!) behind the Milburn Stand. My dad took me and we stood in the Milburn paddock right across from the away fans. No pishy family enclosure for us!:-) If I can recall they were already relegated so had banners with stuff like 'good luck in the 2nd division' etc. My main memory apart from those of my dad who's no longer with us is being in absolute awe of the madhouse which was the Gallowgate end. Always used to say when I grew up that's where I wanted to be!
