Wouldn't be thrilled with Lampard, but would 100% get behind him or basically any other manager who isn't Bruce. We have to be somewhat realistic and consider that our top managerial targets might not fancy the relegation scrap this season, no matter the money involved.

I think he'll still be gone this week, but patience is the key here. They've just got the keys, I'm sure in their mind Bruce being in charge for one more training session or even one more game wouldn't be the end of their 5 year plan. They aren't looking at this through the eyes of us fans who are sick to death of him.

In the grand scheme of things I don't think it would really make much difference in their eyes, given that they see this as a 5+ year project. It'll probably depend on how discussions have gone with the players and whether they've been given the impression that Jones would do an adequate job as caretaker.

I'd imagine there's a hell of a lot for them to work through behind closed doors, it'll happen but it's entirely possible he could still he here next week IMO.

I thought Italy would do well coming into it, but they've exceeded my expectations. They're by far the best "team" I've seen so far. France have better individuals but Italy are much more well-drilled IMO, I think they'd beat them.
