N'Gog is really poor. No he isn't, he'd benefit playing under less expectation and pressure and has all the ingrediants to be a good striker.

Anyone reckon N'gog would be worth enquiring about on loan. liverpool would obviously need to bring another striker in but with Cole and Jovanovic there now I reckon he'd be available. I think he's just what we need up there and would get 10 goals imo.

Couldn't help but lol when it cut to the Villa fans after Carew's pen and towards the end when they were all filing out. In general I think the having a go at other fans thing at games is a bit pathetic but agree that the way the Villa lot acted outside the ground especially where they were relishing us going down and not pissed off at their own team and manager for fucking up what was once looking a near certain champions league finish, warranted everything they hopefully got yesterday and more. Looking forward to going up there for the away game again, I'd fucking love to do the double over them.

Dunno about that, we can get away with playing this guy and Barton/Guthrie, but don't think we could with Barton/Guthrie and a creative type. Desperately need a striker now.

I don't like Nolan as a player but he isn't dirty, just genuinely too shit and nonathletic to make decent challenges. Carroll isn't dirty, it's something he could add to his game even, a bit of nastiness.
