  2. Him and Martins wouldn't work, one or the other and atm I see no reason why Martins should come back in for Everton if Viduka is fit. He's basically a more intelligent Martins with less of a shot on him. Or that's the vibe I picked up.
  3. Great game that, was proper shitting it last 15 mins, somehow just knew we'd hold on though. New boys played well, specially Lovenkrands who I though looked very sharp, R.taylor was solid enough and made some decent passes and his set pieces are world class compared to what we're used to. Was at the game and didn't even notice Kinnear wasn't there, only just found out about all that on SSN. We actually didn't play that well and they were fucking terrible in all honesty but it points over performances at this stage. Good stuff. Harper - 6 - Nothing much to do, caught a few crosses and made a few routine saves, thought he could have done better for their first. Enrique - 5 - Dodgy, shit passing again, and lost quite a few physical challenges, never looked convincing. Coloccini - 6 - Fairly solid, was dominated in the air by their striker. Bassong - 7 - Lead well and berated Duff and Enrique a few times which was good to see as they deserved it. Handled everything else pretty well. Taylor - 7 - Thought he had a good game besides that slip which I actually thought was a foul at the time as it looked like the bloke studded him. Duff - 7 - Pretty lively, nice goal and linked up with Lovenkrands particularly well, still lacks conviction in the final third the majority of the time though. Butt - 6 - Gave the ball away for their first goal, misplaced a few passes but other than that mopped up quite well. Nolan - 7 - Battled well, made a few good challenges and always kept the ball, get forward quite a bit 1st half too which was encouraging. R. Taylor - 7 - Good set pieces and helped Taylor out a lot, they also linked up pretty well too, good movement and got a good eye for a pass. Lovenkrands - 8 - MoM for me, linked up really well and his first touch is quality, strikes me as a very intelligent player, which we could use atm! Unlucky not to have got another. Ameobi - 6 - Meh, ranged from the good to the absolute shite as usual, won a few headers and held it up well sometimes, other times miscontrolling it. One or two classic solo runs as well.
  4. Good, hate setanta so much.
  5. Why isn't he criticizing the real shit at the club? Or better still just dropping them? Probably cos it's harder to criticize British players who are pretty well established, that's not an excuse I just think those type of players are basically exempt due to what they have done already in their career. Plus there's fuck all to drop them for atm.
  6. Oh yeah, been to the Nou Camp and Espanyol's ground too. Yeah, that's them cp40.
  7. SJP Fratton park Stamford Bridge White Hart Lane Loftus Road Craven Cottage Highbury Emirates Stadium - 3 times each time ending in a 3-0 loss. :-[ Upton Park Valley park (Charlton one, might be the wrong name) Villa Park Elland Road Selhurst Park Vicarage Road Coventry's old one Anfield Old Wembley KC Stadium Might have been to a couple more, been to most I've listed a couple of times each.
  8. Think Kinnear is spot on there. Never overlaps and tends to just sit behind Jonas and either give it to him or pass it inside, would like to see him try and drive to the byline with the ball a bit more, even Taylor does that on the right. Nice to see people in this thread cutting out the bit where JK said he thought he was exceptional second half and just chose to highlight the negative bit. Good show lads.
  9. van Nistelrooy. Henry, Pires and Vieira at Arsenal. Now I like Evra, Van Persie and Pato at Milan.

    Steven Taylor

Barton said if he could give Taylor something for Xmas it would be a brain as well. Bit rich.
  11. They missed it for me, it cut back and they were all on a pile on the floor. 120 mins and the 20 second break was when the goal was scored. Get in, btw.
  12. Ah yeah, didn't bother to check them, thanks.
  13. Is the Liverpool - Everton replay on TV today?

    Viduka

Trouble is long term might mean Championship football and losing the likes of Barton, Oba and co.
  15. I will allow this small smidgen of hope to take hold of me for a while, I need it.
  16. What rubbish, Wright-Phillips and Van Persie have two of the most powerful shots about and they're not exactly the most 'strong'.
  17. Actually: Harper S.Taylor Edgar Bassong Joke R.Taylor Butt Nolan Lovenkrands Oba Carroll/Shola If there's one game we can get away with playing Edgar CB it's this, they really haven't got anything up front.
  18. That midfield especially is disgusting. Makes me wanna throw up, would rather play Edgar at right back and put R. Taylor right mid that have Geremi in the team.
  19. Sure your not talking from personal experience, a strange justification to make indeed. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Bx7X4cgh3qI
  20. Oh go fucking kill yourselves then if it's that bad, i'm not exactly delighted with the window but most in here are whining like a virgin after her first anal session(© some video I saw on utube)
